I need help. Could someone explain how to make tins?

 

I can't find a thread that's detailed enough.

 

Plus, I'll give a rep for whoever explains in the best detail.

Ok, first find a tin (2003-2008) and save it. Next, find a picture of the card u want(the picture, not a card) and open it on a document and move the image over the picture of the card on the tin and the save it.

I still kinda don't get get it.

 

I need huge amounts of detail, from mouse click to mouse click.

 

And the only thing I have is paint.
