Sorrow.
Lately I've been seing people Negging people for posting cards in other threads. Yes I know the rules state that they cant do that but they dont really look at the rules... This is probably not a good idea but we should report people for Negging people who post cards in threads (New Members only of course or newly joined people as in started in NOV.) Guest JoshIcy
Eh, maybe I'll ask directly that users with under 100posts cannot receive reps. Or something. But that in itself is flawed...
-Berserker-
The rules are to be read. No support.

Guest Supreme Gamesmaster
They have no excuse for not reading the rules; they should know the rules before they sign up. I did, at least. No support.

Lemniscate
Selectively suspending the rules for newer members is a ridiculous idea. They are to be followed, when they are not, the punishment is the same for all members. That should not change.

Sorrow.
When I was a New Member I didn't read rules yet I didn't post cards in other threads, still we can make the rules small and say.. New Members cannot be Repped.... That is fair enough, 25 posts they probably will see other New Members that post cards in other threads and get flamed........ General Assclown
Don't read the rules, you screw up, you get needed for doing so. That's life for you. No Support.

General Assclown
So basically this is pretty much fail =\.......If there is a good post please keep this moving.....If theres not Mods please close.. Yeah, pretty much. All this thread is basically asking if to allow new YCMers a get-out-of-jail free card. This is the type of scenario you're asking for: Thread Creator - Rate my card?Ragnarok1945 (as always first to post) - Blah blah blahNoob - Hey, cool card! Check out mine *spam spam spam*Experienced YCMer - Oh it's alright if you do that, after all, you didn't read the rules and you're new to YCM, so it doesn't matter. You want YCM to end up like that? Newb - A user which is new to something.Noob - A user which is new to something and doesn't read the rules, etc. So therefore, I did use the right "Noob" in my example. A n00b who does something against the rules to PURPOSELY break them. Or does so repeatedly, regardless of what other people say (amount of people is irrelevant; how many incidents is). As you cannot expect a new person to read the rules. And as I said. I didn't read the rules for quite some time, does that make me a n00b?
