J-Max
A classic card that is a MUST in Water Decks. The Level Down ability gives Water Decks the Swarming Power they need. I also found this to be useful in Synchro Themed Decks as the reduced Level can help in a Pinch/ Discuss. *inb4discussedb4*
Great Unclean One: VK
Great card. I made a deck about this. I failed miserably. But when other people used it, I lost quickly.
Dad
There's little topic here. It's great WATER support, and all that talk.

OnSlaUghT
It's funny that nearly all water decks depend on this in one way or the next

BlackFang
It's funny that nearly all water decks depend on this in one way or the next This. ^^ Though I must say, I love this card. I especially love how it works to make low level Synchros easier (Brionac).
Rose
http://yugioh.wikia.com/wiki/Giga_Gagagigo Makes sweet love to ALO? That must be fun to do, normal summon a beatstick like that ^^.

Manjoume Thunder
Why do you think that this is a "must" in a water deck.Last I checked the only good water deck is Coelacanth OTK and ALO doesn't help it.

SO getting the Level 5's out is much more simple. Also there is that monster that can Nuke the field if you Tribute Umi.

Amaterasu
It would be a great card if there were enough good water attribute monsters to benefit much from it. Unfortunately there are only like 5 Water attribute monsters I will ever like.
J-Max
Most of the ones I like are 4-7 so the most I would do is 1 Tribute.
Amaterasu
The only one I have to sacrifice for is Mobius the Frost Monarch. And he needs his 2 sacs.

Amaterasu
Exactly why it doesn't matter. The other card I use a lot is Tribe which doesn't need a sac to begin with. I always sac two for Mobius because of his effect.

To the other: BUT coelacanth is a LV7 he goes to 6...is a 1 tribute...Summon him use effectsummon 2 x Royal Swamp Eel..(LV3 in ALO...)1 x Golden ....fish1 x Other water LV 4 fish used in that deck (LV 3 in ALO)Synchro for Brionac (2500 in ALO)and a level 7 Monster (say...DSF in traditional...or Lighting warrior once he comes...or even gungnir)Wipe the field with Brio...Attack for 3000+2500+2500/2700...(it is implied that is 8000 Damage at least)
