A better reputation giving system (If this idea is taken, please lock)

I think instead of the 24 hour rep giving system, I think that restoring the maximum number of reputations after 12 AM would be better. The reason why is that there are members who give so many reputations to people and when they need to give more, the screen says "error you have given the maximum number of reps today". Then they will have to wait for another full 24 hours to be able to give another rep. It is time consuming and it is a disorganized system for giving reputations. My idea is this: A member can give reputations depending on their number of stars like the current rep system, but instead of waiting to be able to give another rep after 24 hours, you should do it after midnight, when technically, a day has passed. If this idea is already said in this forum, kindly lock it please. I do not want to steal another person's idea.
