In the place of only a few weeks after the Kage summit, the Fourth Great Shinobi war is declared once the Kages refuse to hand over the tailed beast known as Naruto over to Madara. As it is revealed, Madara being the true main antagonist of the series, wishes to recreate the ten-tailed beast, which was once split up by the Rinnegan user, the Sage of Six Paths, to suppress the demon. The body was locked away in the moon, and it is theorized that the same way the Deva path of Pain created a gravity point to make a sphere of Earth, is the same method used to create the moon by the sage. Madara's plan is to recollect the power of all sealed beasts in him, and use them to make the Ten tailed beast again, so that he may become it's Junchuriki. With it's power he could unite the world in an unlimited Tsukiyomi and control everyone.

Weakness:

His best jutsu take up a lot of chakra, so if he does use them, Jin is normally spent.

 

Jin does not use his fists all the time, he normally tries to go in for the kill with his jutsu right away, so he might be exhausted

 

Jin relies to much on his Ninjutsu, so when it comes to Taijutsu, he can not do much, however, while he does not know any Genjutsu, he is able to break it

 

History: Jin is a decedant of people like Haku. The Kagami founder was like Haku, but he took Crystal Ice Mirrors and created Mirror Techniques that would also server as Kenkai Genkai to those who would possess it. Jin applied at the academy at age 4, and graduated at age 5. He then took place in the Chuunin exams at age 10, and was made a Jounin just recently at age fifteen. He is considered by many to be a progidy. However, he isn't really a people person...

"Jin! What are going to do? We're surrounded by at least 33 enemy!" said Tamotsu.

Jin just looked at Tamotsu. He sighed. "A shinobi...must never back down, no matter the circumstances. He fights for honor. He fights for the village. He fights to win." Jin said.

Suddenly, mirrors began to show behind the enemy. Tamotsu and Ai looked where Jin was. He was gone. "Already?!" Tamotsu and Ai exclaimed. Blood fell. Birds flew away in a consuming darkness over the sky. All of the enemy fell or dropped out of their hiding places, dead, in what is to be believed in twenty-three seconds.And in almost in a flash, Jin came back in the exact same spot where had left. Perfectly. Jin walked ahead, as if nothing had happened. Tamotsu and Ai looked at each other for a bit, then followed.

Weapons/Equipment/Tools: Is out to steal Kisames "Samehada" and to repair Zabuzas/Suigetsus broken Guillotine sword as he would like to collect all of the swords of "The Seven Swordsman of The Mist." Currently owns 3 out of the 7 Swordsmens blades. Carries 7 katana around with him, all of which he can cover in chakra to increase the sharpness, length, and power.

 

Fighting Traits: Uses all types of Jutsu, has chakra amounts which are equal to, has nearly godlike speed.

Weakness: Majority of his jutsus use up a 1/20 of his chakra, so he can only use 20 jutsu in a battle before running out of chakra. Enveloping his blades in chakra often takes up a small portion of his chakra, so after enveloping them within the chakra he cannot keep them like that for very long. He has a soft spot for animals, so if he fights an animal like a dog, or cat, he will become pacifistic

 

History: No history has been recorded or remembered, as he has amnesia.

Arc picked up the cat, and carried him to the house which he had acquired in the area. "Here." he said, pouring a bit of milk into a dish.

Read the 7th Jutsu, Sasuke has a high enough level of Sharingan that he can use Susanoo, and I said that Arc can do anything that Sasuke can (not including the level of Sharingan that Madara gifted to him) with the Sharingan.I also said that Arc could NOT summon Susanoo. Also, I will do the history when my character recovers his memory in the Roleplay. At said time, I will PM you the History.

I find the idea of two kekkei Genkai very OP. Pick one, or make a custom, then you can make or use jutsu around it if you want...

Weakness: Water Style; Anything with water. His own Doujutsu {Meaning if an enemy uses the same Doujutsu}. Some of his jutsus require large amounts of chakra, causing him to pass out sometimes during a battle

 

History: He began his days being doubted by others. No one expected anything great of him. He had a decent amount of friends; He was not an outsider. When he started entering battles he also entered a period of depression, having lost his close comrades. He had promised his comrades before he died, that he would become a great shinobi; Throughout his life, he completes his promise. As a child he also experienced many troubles and, although they were small, they affected him. His parents died honorably in battle and he visits their graves often. Today he lives alone, quiet, unknown to most.

Agreeable. The Sharingan/Byakugan and Amaterasu have been replaced. Suiyashu is an eye technique which is exclusive only to Arc, which enhances all Water or Snow element Jutsu and enables the use of Kaiyouheiki/Oceanic Armament, which gives the user any melee weapon, or defensive armament in existence but made of water. (Excluding weaponry or defense created from Jutsu.)

Akatsuki is unavailable, and Kage of the Konoha is taken as of current by Danzo. Try Canon too~

 

Also, only Kekkei Genkei currently available are customs, and these except for Rinnegan and Uchiha stuff. The only remaining Uchihas are whom they are. Maybe I'll allow Rinnegan if it's possible you can make it balanced or a nice app.
