Flame Dragon Posted November 22, 2009 Report Share Posted November 22, 2009 After the great ending we had to the show in season 8 ABC went and asked for another season. but I'm sure most Scrubs fans know this, got mad, and didn't want to even look at the new season. But I'm also sure some people might want to know about it. It's starting the first of next month and the show is going to move a way from the old cast and go to a newer one. JD will still be a focus character, but only for the first half of the show. Kelso will also be billed as a main character for only some of the episode. The only true main characters that are returning are Cox and Turk. Denise will also be a main character. Where does this leave the others? As for the remaining old cast Janitor and Elliot are now guest stars with Elliot being confirmed to only be in half the new episodes. Carla will not be returning As for what has happened between season the main plot points seem to be, JD and Elliot have gotten married and are expecting their first child and the hospital getting remade and is now on a med school campus. For more info check out ABC’s website. So, what are your thoughts on this new season of Scrubs. While I’m happy we’ll get to see more of what happens to JD and Elliot they really should have let it end last season, because that really was such a great ending. The eighth season finale was brilliant, and I'm reluctant about this new season. I too am happy about JD and Elliot, but with the Janitor being reduced to a recurring character and Carla being completely, I am very worried.
