The Deafening Silence's crew stopped for a moment in awe of the giant beast that was now within relative knife-fighting distance of their ship.

Then they realized that they were going to die if they stayed within firing range of that monster, and started working again on making sure that the Silence was undetectable.

"What is Lucemon doing all the way out here?!? And why hasn't he noticed us yet?!?"

Within the depths of the Gehenna sphere, Lucemon Larva silently watched the effect Duke was having on anything nearby. His gaze turned to the magnified view of the Deafening Silence, he only laughed. 'It would appear those erstwhile marines have come, when everything falls into place, I can only laugh' he remarked within the dark depths.

Most of the moniters on the Silence flickered to show Lucemon Shadowlord's face. He made a series of growls and roars, which were translated via some very useful subtitles. 'Relinquish the carrier of Lilithmon, or face absolute oblivion' he roared.

Beelzemon stopped his flight and turned. His eyes widened as he saw the gigantic dragon form of Lucemon. "No. Why oh why did Ogudomon let him?" The winged demon whispered to himself. He clenched his single fist and flew towards his former comrade.

"CORONA DESTROYER!" He shouted charging the attack. He gained speed until he was close to the dragons back. Beelzemon let the attack blast out and hit Lucemon Shadow Lord between the wings. The attack had little to no effect. He stopped and marvelled at the sight. "I charged it and yet still it did nothing."

Yasyamon looked on helpless as he saw the events unfold before him.

"It won't do any good." The blue humanoid light said "You've got a DigiMemory aboard, all the Demon Lords are able to track you by pure instinct now." He, for the light's voice was decidedly male, told the Commander. "I suggest ditching the stowaway and letting him find his own way. As long as you get the Holy DigiMemory, it won't matter how many DigiMemories the Dark God gets, he'll still be one key short."

Fury Mode screeched again and flew at Lucemon, not targeting the lumbering dragon, which any unintelligent beast driven by pure bestial rage and hatred would do, but at the Gehenna Sphere itself, like someone with Demon Lord fighting experience would do.

((Anyone know if there's an unholy Buddhist sword?))

((Nope, but we don't have the Holy Digi-Memory!))

((Do we?))

Daniel whipped out his Digivice.

"Show yourself! I don't feel intimidated by a floating blue human glowstick! I have no idea what you're talking about, but no one is getting their slimy hands on my girlfriend!"

Several nearby Digi-Marine grunts cheered on their CO against the strange entity.

"First of all, my hands are not slimy." The glowing figure stated, holding up his clawed hands to the Commander "Second of all, you are confusing me for Lucemon. I am not suggesting that you abandon Lieutenant Kayla Bines, I am suggesting that you find the stowaway and kick him off so that Lucemon cannot find us. You're looking for a human partnered with a Gaomon. As soon as you find him, take him to the surface and return to... oh right, you guys can't go back to your base. Alright... As soon as you get rid of the stowaway, go to a quiet portion of the Digital World... oh right, there aren't any quiet portions... Alright, as soon as you get rid of the stowaway, go to... GranDracmon? Seriously, you're allying yourself with GranDracmon? Well, alright, if the good guys think you're evil you may as well run with it... I guess...."

"My name is of no consequence. I know this because I'm reading your thoughts and the thoughts of everyone, human or Digimon, currently on the Deafening Silence and, honestly, you should trust me because if I wanted to hurt you, I could have done so instead of appearing in this form." The blue human-shaped nightlight told the DigiMarines "Besides that, in about ten or so minutes, I'll know everything you do about... well, everything, so you really have no choice in the matter. Either you trust me, in which case I may or may not betray you with what I've already learned, Daniel Leonidas Andrews, or you can not trust me, in which case I may or may not betray you with what I've already learned. Either way, I already know all about you and I've already made up my mind on whether or not to sell you out."

Lucemon Shadowlord lifted the Gehenna sphere and Ravemon crashed into it, zero damage being done to it. 'You fool, the Gehenna sphere is th eultimate defence, none of your attacks can even hope to break the surface' Lucemon Larva mocked from within the sphere. Shadowlord snarled again and looked at the bite size treat of a Ravemon. It opened its gaping maw and a tremendous breeze blew as he attempted to devour it.

Beelzemon flew upwards, gliding along the dragon till he reached the curving neck. From atop the beast he could see almost all of Celestus and most of the dragon he was standing on. The golden mask, the dark sphere, the wings and his former symbol sitting atop one. He ran along Lucemon's neck, till the incline became too steep and then let himself drop. He used his wings to stop him directly in front of Lucemon Shadow Lords face and stared into one of the huge digimon's eyes.

"Hello Lucemon. I never thought that I would see this lumbering form again." He smiled, "It's a pity that I can't getinto the Gehenna. Then I maybe able to speak to your ture for... personally."

A few minutes later, the entire contingent of Digi-Marines was scouring the ship looking for the Gaomon.

"Living Quarters, clear."

"Hangar Bay, clear."

"Engine Room, clear."

"Cargo Hold, cle-" Kayla saw something out of the corner of her eye.

"Belay that. I think I found somthing."

((Dresden, who's playing the Gaomon?))

((That would be Alfius))

The blue humanoid light shook his head "You're awfully eager to sell out the holder of a DigiMemroy and his human partner to save your own collective ass aren't you?" He mused to Daniel "You didn't even hesitate when I told you. You just signed their death warrants and moved on." He sighed and shook his head again "You know, this is how the Demon Lords started. Sacrifice a few innocent lives here and there and then eventually you're bowing down at Lucemon's feet after having killed every single living Digimon. It wouldn't be the first time something like that happened."

"Then the Demon Lords find him and slaughter him." The light pointed out. "They're tracking him, remember? That's why he needs off this ship. You have three options: 1. Kill him and break his human's Digivice. 2. Kick him off this ship and have them suffer a fate worse than death. 3. keep him on this ship, let the Demon Lords find us, and then we all die horribly. Again." His face flashed about an inch below where a human's eyes would be "Yes, I read Caleb's memories too. First, actually, after I figured out who he was. That and I didn't want to lose anything when Darkdramon kills himself and fuses his DigiCore with Caleb's heart. Humans and Digimon's minds are weak enough for me to read, but combined I may as well be staring at a brick wall and trying to get Avatar." He puased "Good movie, or at least the fair majority of your crew remembers it that way."

"That particular Gaomon has an immutable bond with every other Beast Digimon. The Digital World itself implanted him with the Beast DigiMemory. All Digimon can sense a DigiMemory when it's awakened, to some degree. Most Digimon know from fifty yards. Digimon with the appropriate family can tell from thrice that. Strong Digimon, such as the Royal Knights, the Demon Lords, the Sovereigns, the Great Dragons, and most Mega Digimon can sense it from almost anywhere. Gaomon is, and always will be, a walking target. Unless, of course, you kill him or the Demon Lords corrupt him, then he'll just be dead or Evil Dead."

((Shout out to Billy Campbell FTW?))

((WHAT? ARRGGHH YOU NEVER GOT BACK TO ME! Oh well never mind. Also I can't remember the name I chose for the tamer. So i'll just make one up. Ok?))

Gaomon heard the door open. His animal senses awoke his sleeping form and he listened intentley. There were voices outside and he heard a few strange noises. They were metallic, Gaomon tried to remember where he had heard it before. The memory came back, and he jolted up. Gun's. Clicking as if they were ready to fire. He gently nudged his tamer back to th waking world.

"Come on, wake up." The digimon said, "We have company."

"Hmm? What do you mean?" As he said that the door opened to show a number of Commandramon and Digi-Maries standing in front of them.

OOC: Trust me where I'm going with this

Shadowlord looked at Beelzemon, and a deep gutteral chuckle was released before he pushed forward hastily and devoured him. Beelzemon was completely consumed by the darkness within. Shadowlord turned an eye to Yasyamon, still floating on the platform. A tongue slithered out and licked the jagged lips before flying forward and devouring him to. Satisfied, Shadowlord turned his attention to Ravemon FM, attempting to devour the bird once more. Inevitably it too was swallowed, so the beast flew off, searching for the Silence and his prey.

Within the darkness was a cricle of light. Duke was sitting in a comfortable padded chair with a side table, nothing was on it. Duke was wearing a set of armour similar in design to the Shadowlord, his left hand was like the beasts golden claws. He even wore the golden crown the beast did. He looked up from the book he was reading to observe his guests. 'Welcome' he announced in a cold and dead voice as he rose from his chair, a long cape drapping from behind. the bottom of the cape was torn, ending in seven different spikes which, upon closer observation would possess the seven crests.

Beelzemon didn't have time to think before he was residing in the darkness.

Yasyamon saw the incoming tongue and tried to jump out of the way. He would have been succesful had the tongue not snaked and caught him. And no sooner had he realised he was caught was Yasyamon floating beside Beelzemon.

Beelzemon flexed his hand and then tried charging the Corona blaster on his other arm. The jaws opened, the charging sond began and then faded. The jaws snapped shut. The darkness was stopping him. Blast Mode split back into Beelzemon and Sam, and with a click of his digivice returned Beelzemon and Yasyamon to Impmon and Kotemon. The trio floated towards Duke as Ravemon appeared behind them. Sam landed softly on the circle.

"What the hell are you doing Duke?" He asked in a voice barely audible. The two digimon landed next to him.

Duke dark and clouded eyes scanned Sam quickly before a piece of duct tape mysteriously appeared over his mouth. 'Your voice annoys me' he remarked and sat down. Several chairs appeared, much like Duke's only less comfortable. 'Welcome to hell' he added in the same dead-pan voice. 'If you try to flee, you will only find misery and despair, if you try to escape, you will find destruction. There is nowhere to run, nowhere to hide and above all, nowhere to live' he stated.

Fury Mode had stopped trying to break down the walls and had resigned itself to stalking around the room like a vulture waiting for its prey to die, though there was something in its eye. Something that made Duke, Beelzemon, and Yasyamon think that maybe Fury Mode wasn't an animalistic hunter. No, the way it carried itself disproved that, but maybe there was more to Fury Mode than just an animal. It was a predator, savage and vicious, yes, but also calculating. It wasn't one to bite off more than it could chew. So why, then, did it allow itself to be sucked up inside the belly of the beast that gave the Demon Lords their name? Why?

Duke watched Ravemon prowl around the room, and a cold Lucemonesk smile breeched his face. 'My little pet, your use has come to an end, within the belly of the beast, my domain, everything is to my designs' he mocked and raised his hand. Large black spikes rose up from nowhere and pierced the beast's wings. Several more came, spiking through them. 'If you so much as move, your wings will be torn clean off, which will make it easier on me when the time comes to extract the digimemory from your thick skull' he stated.
