No More Heroes: The Rank Rush! (Advanced/PG-16/Not started/Accepting)

Regarding to the No More Heroes franchise, so far 1 game has been released and the 2nd, No More Heroes 2, is being made. There's a 3 year time difference between these games, and 1 day I was thinking: What exactly could have happened during those three years?

After Travis Touchdown left the UAA, which is an organisation that handles Ranked assasin fights, not only was the spot for Rank 1 open, but also the ranks in the top 10 (Since Travis has killed them all to get to the number 1 spot). With all of the other ranked assasins aware of this, its a desperate struggle for everyone to at least get somewhere in the top 10, or if they're lucky, take the spot of rank number 1.

 

Who will get into the top 10? Who will perish for simply trying? AND why are the business men and women of the UAA so determined to fill these empty places?

1. All of the normal Role Playing rules obviously apply.

 

2.When you post your app, whether the RP has started or not post them in this Thread. Don't PM them to me.

 

3. If you've played the game, this will be obvious, if you havn't then each assasin who's joined the UAA (Which is anyone who takes part in this RP) has a specific rank, and the starting rank will be determined by the number of stars you have:

 

1 star: 55+

2 stars: 44-54

3 stars: 35-43

4 stars: 28-35

5 stars: 21-27

6+ stars: 15-20

 

As long as you have enough stars and the rank hasn't already been taken, you can choose any of the ranks above.

 

4. Even though you can't choose a rank higher than the amount of stars you have, you can choose ones that are lower. For example, if you have 5 stars but you want to have rank 30 (4 stars), then as long as it's not taken, you can. Its first come first served, so if a perticular number has been taken, you'll have to choose another.

 

5. Swearing is allowed but please replace them with *'s or other symbols.

 

6. Any characters from the first game are either dead or they're NPC's which I'll control, and Travis won't be in the RP's story.

 

 

[spoiler=How things will work]

Just like the game, you'll have to fight the ranked fighter one rank ahead of you and beat him in order to increase your own rank. Any ranks that arn't taken by a player, a NPC will be used (Which I'll control) and if you win, presume that the NPC dies (Unless you choose to spare him/her, of course...but I'd be careful about that if I were you! :mrgreen: ).

 

1. If you fight another user, then firstly, your character's WON'T die (Unless you PM me saying that you want your own character to die).

 

Secondly, who wins and loses will either be up to the two fighters, or if you would prefer me too, I'll create a poll and ask everyone else's opinion about it, and I'll pm the results to the two fighters. When enough players have joined I'll make a poll to see if everyone would prefer it to be done like this. Whoever losses in a Player vs Player fight is knocked back a rank, and I'll create a new NPC for them when they're ready to fight.

 

While more than 1 Player vs NPC fight can occur, if we decide to use the poll rule for Player vs player fights, there will only be 1 P vs P fight at a time.

 

2. During the game, you had to gain money by taking part in assasination missions (E.g. kill all of my rival companies employees) and when you had enough, pay the UAA. Since this won't work with Reps or points, you can only have a ranked fight once every 10-15 of YOUR posts. You can wait a while longer before you fight just incase your in the middle of a mission.

 

3. Between Ranked fights, you don't just have assasin missions to follow, you can do anything really, whether it's having your own personal missions, rescue missions, or even just exploring the city your in with any other users. You can decide to do whatever you like during this time, without breaking any rules of course.

Appereance: Its the same image as the card in my sig

Weapons/powers: He can manipulate electricity in his body and especially in his limps. his normal punch's and kicks are very quick, his charged punch and kicks (Charged with electricity that is) are slightly slower and to perform super charged attacks, he needs to take a few seconds to charge up before he can attack.

 

How he performs an attack will determine what it will do; he can either just throw a punch, thrust his hand forward when it's vertically straight (Stab), slash his hand like it wear a sword and even blast electricity infront of him by thrusting the palm of his hand forwards.

 

Rank: 25

Bio: After his nemesis, Akira, killed a dear friend of his, he joined the UAA to practise and hone his skills...and in hopes of seeing Akira somehwere in the ranks. Usually Tetsuo is very sarcastic, kind and thoughtful when he wants to be, but when provoked or angered, very agressive with his fighting. Despite this, if he can help it he won't kill anyone unless they prove to be too much of a threat.

Weapons/Powers: He can manipulate characters by changing faces(Like Bon Kurei on One Piece), but retains the powers he has, but everything else down to bone that character.

 

He also carries a small dagger, ready to use if his power dosen't work.

Bio: After being put in the hospital, his rank dropping, he came back for more. He slashed back up to his old rank, using the top female's face(The prettiest male for the females) to make all once above him fall head over heels with that character, then spared him after knocking him or her out. He now is on vacation, just days from over.

Appereance (Image or description): Tall like 7'0 when using a power like WTH he can grow to about 12'6. Weight around 190 when using powers 240, blue shades (the glass part) with black on the rest of it. Spiked green hair goes in all directions. (Clothing) Old worn jeans, like really old about 10 years (were his grandfathers died in the war, his father he'll be talked about later) a black T-shirt with white lightning bolts designed on it and words that read ロックンロールは生命である (Rock n' Roll is Life in Kanji because there is no good romanized Japanese text translator) and some high top black shoes.

Weapons/powers (Make these balanced and reasonable!): Said above his power is intense he glows green then light flows to him he grows in muscle mass, height and weight he becomes a tank in a couple minutes he reverts back to normal can't be used for the rest of the day also sword becomes unavailable. Great Long Sword: Like it says it is great and long (the blade is about 40 and three quarter inches) and a sword. Fast slashes can lead to devastating combos, it is signed by one of the greatest sword fighters of all time, it can only be knocked out of the users hands if it has grown to dislike it's master. New! Sword Throwing and Sword Metamorph: his sword throwing is amazing because it will return after use like said with the swords bio, range is around 5-8 feet but is a bit slow when used right! His sword has adapted to his own powers it's only limited to a sword and shiel, an ax and a flare gun.

Bio: A very intelligent Japanese man he lived his whole life wondering about the secrets of good and evil a very intresting topic to him. He believes greatly of Yin and Yang or as most know it as karma. He studied English so he knows most of it's vocabulary and grammar. Mitarashi has a PhD in astronomy (forgot how to spell it) and is a dimplomat sometimes. As a child he greatly disliked his father, so at the age of 16 while his father was sleeping Mitarahi decapacitated his father with his sword, when that happened the secrets of good and evil flew to him in a flash, and he instantly gained his fathers ability to metamorph, then he set of to an adventure at the UAA. He is trustworthy if you are going to kill him he may make a deal with you promising to keep him living.

He was given an Exoskeleton, which he could never remove. They attempted to make him forever loyal, and when he realized this, he Brutally massacred all of the Scientists, with a High Frequency "Ninja" Blade. After that, he became a UAA Assassin. He was nicknamed "Gray" by the Scientists.

Light side: He bolts all around controlling his speed and the matter around him, becomes fastest thing in the world at 10000000 miles per hour. Decreased attack, plus he becomes dazed for a couple seconds and slows down for a while. (Only usable if opponent is fighting viciously) Dark Side: The matter around everyone changes colour inverting the clours of everything in the available area opponent slows so does Mitarashi but Mitarashi becomes very powerful but slow movements make combos impossible. Okey, your character is way overpowered. When I say powers, I mean like small ones, not huge powers like those, let alone that many. The idea of a great long sword is cool, but try and give ur character a power that is either smaller and/or related to your sword in some way.

Actually, it was Raiden from MGS4, playing tons of MGA2, and I was studying the Philippine Islands when I made the App, explaining the Spanish Parts, all this, sorta, made the character.
