Jake the Sage Posted December 9, 2009 Report Share Posted December 9, 2009 May began to pull the figure out and then laid him on the ground, hearing Spike drop the building as he opened his jaws. May removed the sword from the person's torso and gently placed it aside, moving back so that the others could get a good view. The figure had been burnt badly, yet it was still clear this was not Jake. May lifte her head up and called out to him, but never recieved an answer. May removed the sword from the person's torso and gently placed it aside, moving back so that the others could get a good view. Josh said as alittle aura started to flow to May's wounds, slowly closeing them. Spike's head was high looking through the town. They where on the out skirts of a great village. the outer edge of it was burnt, but the enter was still ok. " thats Where I think we should look more twards the center. "Spike said. Jake had leapt down after seeing the fires and tried to put them out, when a group wearing armor had attacked them. They were powerful and numerious. Before she was able to help they had stabbed her sides, making Jake order her to flee. Once she finished May looked at Spike as he watched the center of the village, untouched by the fire. "Yes . . . Josh look at the men. their armor was like vikings of old he had read about, their dinos right be hind them where, all protop's...a.k.a little triceratops and they were all shaking in fear of both May and Spike. " tell me Did you take our Friend". Josh asked the shaking worriors. " I don't answer captives question's , they answer mine! the man said bravely as he noticed it was 3 to 30." I could scare them off[i/]." Spike said noticeing their shaking stopping." We WIll go with you,...ifyou can promise us safe passge". Josh said socking both Spike and May to both of them he said," we can't defeat an army with out Jake here, till we find him we must use our whits." She began to inch up closer as the protops shivered in fear. She didn't care about loosing, but she wouldn't surrender to the people who took Jake. Josh was hopping sh would lisen to spike becaues the men had already started to drew swords.Then the leader of the group said " I gve my word you will not be harmed. And if your talking about the smelly wild one, then yes your friend is in jail." " You shuold watch you tounge, captain, or She'll have your head" Josh said. May will you trust me or not...it's now or never...if we attack then we loss all hope of fineing jake today...but if we go with them and show no harm, they may just give him back." josh said hoping the explanation would help her better under stand.
