No, no. Godchu > Raichu; but only in the anime. In the games, even if holding a Light Ball, a Pikachu will get wasted by a Raichu due to the former's lack of any sort of Defence. Capable of defeating psuedos, legendaries, and Ground-Types. It's clone is near-identical in power levels, despite brain damage caused by Ash. Somehow 'learnt' Volt Tackle (despite it being an Egg Move). Prone to wild fluctuations in power when transferring from season to season. Near-invincible for all intents and purposes.
