Also My Naruto guy won't be as powered up as Sven can, btu what the naruto guy can produce [genjutsu] is something bleach has never seen[except by aizen who in Sven's time didn't exist anymore] and so could catch him by surprise. Also how would they change if they were trapped anyways. And by the time they realized they were caught they cant move anyways, thats how genjutsu works. And if you say his shinigami zanpakuto, it would be obvious he just supressed that spirit down to a meaningless figure who wouldnt help him in a pinch.
