He stated he would only occasionally answer to it, and that it depended on his mood. Or something like that. Either way, it seemed he didn't like being called by that name. So, naturally, I started calling him that. (I remember Link and El Make arguing about El Make being called "Ecchi." and then later, El Make was all but flipping out on Link for using the honorific "Chan."
