They are usually the rarest type of Ninja, and can have the flaw of being overly cold or elite. If you scored high with Lightning, then it means that your attacks would be based around electrical jutsu, but find it harder to use other jutsu's, and lower scoring Ninja would be able to use more jutsus, but with less force. An example of a Shinobi who uses this element is Kakashi, and the Village of Lightning is the Hidden Cloud Village. Lolz..... "Overly Cold" fits me perfectly.
