1. They would blast the entrance

2. They can't open a hole by screaming really loud

3. They wouldn't seal the kyubi without any purpose. They'd actually use it later, on another jinchuriki.

4. Gravity is not increased.

5. Food isn't just THERE

6. No beds.

Plus, the Time Chamber wasn't ORIGINALLY designated to keep people trapped.

 

The white room in Naruto WAS designed to, if the jinchuriki failed, entrap the tailed beast.
