But details: Walking around our areas "bad city", carrying bb bats, finding pot behind a school, seeing a guy playing with a girl behind the school, getting scared by a hispanic kid, and accidentally scaring a black girl who's fatther was carrying 2 chainsaws. And, since he is obsessed with Sasuke, who uses Chidori and Chidori spin-offs, it'd make sense to use Lightning. Not only that, but Sasuke is from the Uchiha clan, who practically invented the Fireball Jutsu. (Doesn't Kakashi say something about them developing that jutsu after finishing off the Bogus Itachi?) So, it'd also make sense to use Fire. Also, you have to admit, it'd hurt to get hit by a fire or lightning Rasengan.Water? perhaps, but, the after effects wouldn't be as damaging.
