So far, two Jutsu exist with Dark element:One where I form Dark Chakra into blades (Not like Chidori, actual Blades) on my wrist. Besides, we have the Nara clan manipulating Shadows, so, Pretty much, I just took that ball and ran with it for about 20 feet, then came up with my own ideas for new jutsu. Thus, Dark chakra exists.
