Choji911 has it and all characters and everything in the shop unlocked. I thought Deidara said that the strongest Chakra he had was C-3. W/e NEWayz, what'd happen if Naruto and Sasuke were fighting each other, Naruto using his nine-tails chakra at full force, Sasuke using his second state, and then Naruto used a Rick Roll Jutsu on Sasuke?
