Denver Posted February 2, 2010 Report Share Posted February 2, 2010 [spoiler=spoiler] well no, technically he was just too old to use his own jutsuand keep in mind orochimaru went through hell with dead arms, they were like falling apart in that gross shower scene in sasuke retrieval, and the 3rd enabled sasuke to keep living becuz he was the reason for the 3 year delayaltho since sasuke looks like hes gonna be an insane mofo, perhaps that wasnt the best move..
