Effect:

This card can only Normal Summoned or Set by removing from play 2 monsters in Graveyard. When this card destroys a monster by battle, you can Special Summon 1 "Scarecrow Token" (Warrior-Type/DARK/Level 1/ATK 1000/DEF 1000) on your opponent's field. As long as this card on the field "Scarecrow Tokens" cannot be used as a Tribute. If this card destroys a "Scarecrow Token" this card can attack once again in a row. If this card destroys a "Scarecrow Token" and inflicts 3000 or more damage to your opponent, your opponent can Special Summon 1 monster from their Graveyard whose Level is equal to the combined Level of the destroyed "Scarecrow Tokens".

This card cannot be Set. This card only be Normal Summoned by Tributing 2 FIRE Dragon Type monsters. Once summoned, you can destroy one of your opponents Warrior Type monsters. If you Tributed 3 FIRE Dragon Type monsters, destroy all monsters on your opponents side of the field. If this card gets destroyed by battle, your opponents monster that attacked it gets destroyed by his/her End Phase.

This card is also treated as "Blaze Accelerator" as long it's face-up on the field. Once per turn, you can return up to 4 "Volcanic" monsters from your Graveyard to your Deck, and draw 2 cards. If this card destroys a monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard, you can send 1 "Volcanic" monster from your Deck to the Graveyard, and inflict damage to your opponent equal to the destroyed monsters original ATK.

Once per turn you can Special Summon 1 Zombie-Type monster from either player's Graveyard. A monster Special Summoned by this effect cannot attack during the turn it is summoned. If this card is targeted by the effect of a spell or trap card, you can discard 1 Zombie-Type monster to negate the effect and destroy that card. As long as this card remains on the field Zombie-Type monsters cannot be removed from Play.

Once per turn, during your Main Phase 1, you can remove 1 Gust Counter from this card to select 1 monster your opponent controls and halve its ATK and DEF until the End Phase. If this card destroys the selected monster by battle, the Battle Damage inflicted to your opponent is halved.

I am not that great at doing cards, but here goes nothing:

Once per turn, you can tribute or discard 1 Thunder-Type monster you control excepting "Bolt Sage Boufuu" to place 1 Weather Control Counter on this card (max 5). During every Main Phase, you can remove any number of Weather Control Counters from this card to activate the appropriate effect:

-1: This card cannot be destroyed by card effects until the end of the turn.

-2: Inflict 2000 damage to both players.

-3: Your opponent skips his next 2 Battle Phases.

-4: Draw 2 cards. Special Summon up to 2 Thunder-Type monsters from your hand.

-5: Destroy all cards your opponent controls. This card will permanently gain 1 Weather Control Counter per turn.

If this card destroys an opponent's monster by Battle, you can remove from play the top card of your opponent's Deck. If your opponent has 5 or more removed from play monsters this card can be treated as Beast-Type. If this card destroys a Flip Effect monster by Battle, you can negate the effect. Your opponent can negate this effect by revealing 1 Continuous Spell Card in their hand.

If you have 4 or more Spellcaster-Type monsters in your Graveyard, you can Normal Summon this card without Tributing. Once per turn, you can roll a six-sided die. If the result is 1 or 2, the ATK of this card becomes 0 and its DEF becomes 3000 until your next Standby Phase. If the result is 3 or 4, you can put 2 Spell Counter on this card (Max 2). If the result is 5 or 6, you can remove 2 Spell Counters on this card to Increase the ATK and DEF of all Spellcaster-Type monsters on the field by 700 until the End Phase. When this card is removed from the field, its controller takes 1000 damage.

I love the concept of birds of prey dropping turtles from the sky. By doing this they:

1 - Kill The Turtle

2 - Crack his shell so they can eat him

3 - Sometimes hit something else which could end in killing that very person.
