You won't be able to get 3 here's the ruling for Iron core of koa'ki meiru :

-During the Draw Phase, if you have multiple copies of "Iron Core of Koa'ki Meiru" in your Graveyard, then you can activates the effects of all copies instead of drawing. However, only the effect of the copy placed highest on the Chain will resolve and all other copies will resolve without effect, because you already added a card to your hand instead of drawing. In total, you will only add one copy of "Iron Core of Koa'ki Meiru" to your hand.

 

i.e. You only have 1 draw in your draw phase so you can't skip more than 1.

 

I also found this :

-If you have zero cards in your Deck, then during your Draw Phase you cannot draw, so you cannot activate the effect of "Iron Core of Koa'ki Meiru". You cannot draw, so you will lose the Duel.

 

(Yeah that means you lose to Exchange of the Spirit even with Magical Blast in your deck and LS can deck out even if they are running Spirit Burner)

 

(Spirit Burner isn't bad because you can equip it to a opponent's Colossal Fighter or Stardust Dragon, switch it to def. and attack it with Ehren. Plus it's easy to get since if you mill it, you can get it instead of drawing.)

 

The 3000 LP is a requirement for the activation so technically you can chain 2 when your opponent has 4k to kill him. I'd probably run this with thunder dragon and volcanic shells + PoA.

 

It's not that good when you think about it 3 cards for 2k is really bad when you can do about 1k with secret barrel, just dessert, meteor of destruction, tremendous fire... You can even do over 9000 with WMC (I did 16000 after tributing my opponent banisher of the radiance with a lava golem).
