IDK, they haven't decided yet.

I'm tryign to make it instead of random matchups to be by ability, to make it fairer.

from what I can tell it's

1. X-31 Fighter

2. Pikachu

3. Kotaro

4. Major Tim

5. Milk-chan

I was unlucky enough to face X-31 Fighter last time...

[align=center]Hey i'm a better card maker then chase (an maybe some others like zero) and i have this card to prove it:

U4E1-EN002.png

● Effect ●

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 2 Pyro-Type monsters. Once per turn, as long as this card remains face-up on the field, you can lose Life Points in multiples of 50(MAX: 500), for every 50 Life Points lost place 1 Solar Counter on this card(MAX: 50). Once per turn, by removing 5 Solar Counters from this card, you can draw up to 2 cards. Once per turn, by removing 15 Solar Counters from this card, you can destroy up to 3 Spell or Trap Cards on your opponents side of the field. Once per turn, by removing 25 Solar Counters from this card, you can destroy up to 2 monsters on your opponents side of the field. Once per turn, by removing 35 Solar Counters from this card, inflict 2500 points of damage to your opponents Life Points. Once per turn, by removing 45 Solar Counters from this card, destroy all monster cards on your opponents side of the field and inflict damage to your opponents Life Points equal to all the destroyed cards x150. Once per turn, by removing 50 Solar Counters from this card, destroy all cards on your opponents side of the field and inflict damage to your opponents Life Points equal to the number of card's destroyed x200.

...you flaw is that of color and i found obvious OCG error its "This card cannot be Special Summoned except by..." not "This card can only be Special Summoned..."

CARDS AREN'T RED (Although Infras are)

and on your comment of being superior

yeah you likely are

yknow gefhx I hate to own you and all but

heres a good example as to why you are wrong: 2edp345.jpg[spoiler=lore]This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by sending 1 face-up "Elemental Hero Neos" and 1 face-up "Yubel" you control to the Graveyard. This card cannot be destroyed by card effects. If this card battles an opponent''s monster, at the end of the damage step, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the ATK of the monster it battled, and gain Life Points equal to that monster's DEF.

also if you google "level 10 yugioh cards" and click the second link you will find nearly ll of them start the same way

so (time for catchphrase) you are wrong, period.

Either one works depending on the effect.

When to use "cannot":

"This card cannot be Special Summoned except by..."

When to use "only":

"This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can onlt be Special Summoned..."

Get the idea? you use "cannot" when the monster can be Normal Summoned and set and use "only" when they can't be Normal SUmmoned or Set. Its just easier this way and makes more sense.
