This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Special Summoned unless your Tribute 2 WATER monsters on your side of the field. For every WATER monster on the field, increase this card's ATK by 200. If there are no WATER monsters on the field, you may Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower monster from your hand. For every WATER monster destroyed in battle, decrease your Life Points by 200. If this card is a target of your opponent's card effect, you may pay 500 Life Points to negate the effect and destroy that card.
