  1. 1. Which one?

It's a nature-based religion with an emphazis on rituals, magic(k) and they usually have a dualistic pantheon, though others just have one deity. Usually it's the horned god and the triple goddess.

They also follow the tri-fold law (anything you do, good or bad, comes back to you trice), have their own institutions (Wiccan Coven of Canada for example) and also schools. The members call themselves witches or Neopagans and they celebrate Earth-based events like the Equinoxes as well as rituals based on nature. You can recognize them wearing a pentagram although there are many religions which use that one nowadays.

Well the difference between both is that Neopagans take pride of being more historically accurate. Wiccans consider themselves as modern witchcraft users and take their roots from accounts about ancient witchcraft (Aradia or Gardner's books for example), whereas Neopaganist movements are usually reconstructionist. Meaning that they try to revive the old Pagan religions like f.ex. Asatrù --> old Germanic/Nordic, Nova Roma --> Roman Paganism, etc.

Every wiccan i met, i ended up hating. Probably, because i have a deep hate for New Age Bullshit. Most of them are hypocritical bastards, who want to be witches and wizards, to upset mommy and daddy, but do not have the balls to be Satanist.

So i guess i would vote Neopagan if anything, because i was one for most of high school... till i got laid, and toke a whole bunch of drugs and had an empithomy, that i would stop believing in the super-natural bullshit, and get logical... which i did.

Edit: to add to the list of reasons i had said empithomy, 4chan.

Aaaah wait forgot about New Age.XD

I'm gonna make a thread about that too, just wait.=3

*rubs hands and hopes this becomes more famous than Atheism vs Christianity* =D

None of these religions are relied to Satanism in any way though. They're quite far away from it, as much as all the other non-Satanist religions.

But it's true that LaVeyan Satanists may refer to themselves as witches though (the concept of the Satanic Witch).

And true you'll always find honest religious people and those who just want to be rebels and go against their parent's beliefs.

Wolf: What did you end up as now?
