I will be judging on 4 factorsa. Card Effectb. Picture c. Cool Factord. How realistic the card is.5. Prizes i will be handing out is as followsa. 1st place= Cool contest first place trophy+2 repsb. 2nd place= Cool contest second place trophyc. 3rd place= Cool contest third place trophy3. anyone with a cool card can enter.
