RAEGING D0GKING
no support clubs is my fav section Hmm? All your posts seem to contain less than 20 characters (don't try denying it' date=' I've just checked all your posts). I wonder if that could be linked to your 'fav section'. P.S.: The majority of your posts are in Games.[/quote']Are you aware of the fact that a 19 character post is normally fine.I haz an idea!Disable post count in Card Contests, Comments and suggestions, Shops, Polls etc. They contain just as much spam as C&O Exactly what iHop saidya disable post count from General and Polls as they have even more SpamNO SUPPORTHORIBBLE IDEA
Huntar!
I support this. There's more spamming there than anywhere else on the site (outside of games of course).
Sander
You people have to understand that it's easier to spam in the Clubs & Organizations than it's to spam in other sections like General etc. etc. People know that they can spam in the Clubs & Organizations and get away with it unless somebody reports them, which is highly unlikely. Support.

Sander
Actually the Fake type knights have been Locked so the other non Spamy clubs can have there posts That was an exception. You see, mostly, people only visit the said Clubs & Organizations that they are joined with. They don't care about the other Clubs that they aren't joined with, and they wouldn't report the Club they are joined with or the other Clubs witch they won't bother looking at. See where I'm going at?
Brushfire
The major difference that you're failing to take notice of: Clubs & Organizations is full of flooding, as well as spam. There's so much that you can't even do anything about it. Xander Royce has the correct idea, otherwise. I've never seen the point of that place. I made a club once. I think the purpose was to spam and increase our post count. Not entirely sure. I made a Club once. It was on Page 3 after 10 minutes, and Page 5 after a day. Seriously. Muluck
Let's look at this with a broader view. There is a hefty reason as to why Clubs & Organizations needs to be dealt with. One major reason, The Fake Type Knights. Now yes, there is a major amount of spam within this forum, but let me place upon the table of options something that does not involve Disabling Post Count. Now I am sure the members who have been here for a while know of the Fan Fic section and the Role Play section. I have just ventured into these forums as of recently. I have also read the rules in these sections, and each post -or so it is said- is moderated and if it does not fit the pre-WRITTEN qualifications for a post in that forum, then it is deleted and any further incoherence with this rule will either result in the thread being locked and or the member being punished. Why don't we take up this strict policy in the Club's & Organizations Forum? Ultimately disabling post count in that forum will most likely never happen, just because of the shear amount of people who post there. But I would like to offer something that will please both sides. I won't lie, as it is extremely hard to. I post in this Forum, and I am sure I have gotten at least 100 posts from this forum. But instead of attacking other members or calling people names, I am trying to come up with a reasonable solution. As I am to disgusted with the amount of spam in that forum, even the amount of spam from the clubs that I am currently a member of.

Muluck
Why don't we take up this strict policy in the Club's & Organizations Forum? Hunter's too lazy. There is more than 1 Super Moderator, that is if I read the Forum Team list correctly. Making such a bold move like this just because one person is lazy is rather distasteful. This would also bring up the debate of having more Normal Moderators to Moderate General, seeing as from what I have seen, it brings in the most traffic next to Custom Cards. Milk-Chan
I support. In fact, why couldn't this just be another forum where people gather to talk about a general topic; ours being Yu-Gi-Oh. Instead, it's like a competition to see who can get the most reps and points and posts, or more commonly, stars. In terms of spam, as mentioned, the FTK's was a perfect example. I have nothing against them, but 10,000 posts in a month or so? Either members flocked to that, or it's a spamhole.
Shradow
This has brought up a question I have. Say one had 1 post over what was needed for that star level. (i.e. 1000 posts for 5 star, said user had 1001 posts) If his/her post count dropped below the number needed for the star (i.e. 1001 originally, dropped down to 742), would the user lose the star (s)he had? It's only logic that would happen, I am rather curious to see if it's true.

JG.
Sorry, but no. If there is a club that spams, disband it and delete the thread if you want to punish people in said club. Just because a few clubs spam, it doessn't mean that everyone else needs to be punished. The post count of YCM would drop by 5% or something if you did that. It may not sound like much, but it is.
