Concerning fan-made cards, according to tournament rules, they are treated as Illegal, the same way the God Cards or the counterfeit cards are. You CAN play with them with friends, according those friends are okay with you playing fanmade cards, but it's at your discretion. Fanmade cards have strictly no official value.

anyways what i meant what cards with a good effect. not cards that do what we want. It has to be like every other card.

Also if you look at the picture i did it said that my monster can get 500 more attack points if you give up 500 of your own life points, now does that not sound like another card the show made?
