Nintendo DSi LL

I don't get it. Wasn't the point of a DSi to make it smaller?

Wat?

My bad. Allow me to rephrase.

Wasn't the point of ditching the DS Phat to make it a smaller and more portable handheld? The DSi XL kinda defeats the purpose of that.

Well a small sceen is a bit of a pain.

Still, the DSi JUST came out. WTF? They better give people price cuts if they give in the i for this.

I don't get it at all. The DSi was terrible, and they want to try and charge $220 for the same console with a different screen size and nothing else?

The screen is getting bigger... thing is' date=' why? Tbh Nintendo need to redesign, quit with the flip console because they're getting old. They should start fresh, I mean look:

- Nintendo - GBA SP

- Nintendo DS original

- Nintendo DS Lite

- Nintendo DSi

- Nintendo DSi LL

Come on don't you think it's time for a new design?[/quote']

If they really charge $220 on it then the people at Nintendo are on drugs. The i hasn't sold THAT well, so to make a useless update to it, and then sell it for more then the Wii would just be brain dead on their part.

If anything it will cost $140. I'm basing this off the fact that the DS yugioh games cost about 5000 yen ($35) so something 4 times that cost should be 4 time the cost of the game (140). This easily could be wrong, but it would be much more reasonable.

Also why redesign? What is wrong with this one. Remember, if it isn't broken don't fix it. I mean it's not like a game where the same old can get stale. Also, if they were to, what would the make it? Really the flip is, IMO the best way to save space.

1) Wrong. It's been selling like crazy.

2) Apparently, it's because the screen is too small to use for interwebz and stuffz like that. It actually makes sense, y'know, if you bought the damn thing JUST TO USE THE INTERNET. >_>

1) I didn't know that. I was basing that on the how most people here, and people I know IRL were talking about it. I really didn't think it was selling that well. And you know I'm to lazy to check numbers. Still with this fact, Nintendo better do something to repay all those people the spent money on the i only to have a whole new version come out a year later. I say trade in for a price cut.

2) Yea that is a problem, as I said "Well a small sceen is a bit of a pain." I would want the bigger screen. My comment was on remaking the Flip format.
