This card will gain 2000 ATK when you control "Gadget Soldier", since it has "Gadget" in it's name. You can use "Machine Duplication" to summon 3 "Boot-Up Soldier - Dread Dynamos", then use "Double Summon" or "Ultimate Offering" to play a single gadget and get 6000 more ATK points.
