Legendary Voltaic

Brother, I challenge you to a game of card making!

Bring it on!

Legendary Voltaic:

You can Special Summon this card from your hand if your opponent controls 1 more monster than you do. Once per turn, you can Special Summon 1 monster from your Graveyard and equip it to this card. If the equipped card is a Normal Monster, negate the effects of all Spell and Trap Cards. If the equipped card is an Effect Monster, your opponent takes all Battle Damage involving this card.

Aargh... Must you do this to me?

Very well, I accept.

If there is another FIRE monster on the field, this card cannot be attacked. Every time a FIRE monster inflicts Effect Damage to your opponent, send the top 2 cards from your opponent's Deck to the Graveyard. Once per turn, pay 500 Life Points to inflict 100 damage to your opponent.

Arbitrage's Sealed Flames - Bologan gets a vote from an unknown YCM member: Me!

In detail, I like the constriction Arbitrage's card has on the Effect Damage resulting in activation of one of its effects, unlike the cliched Battle Damage that many cards may have. And even the constraint of Effect Damage is tied in nicely with it's allowance of Effect Damage due to itself.

On the other hand Legendary Voltaic's Natural Frost - Faizal is nice defensively in a pinch, just in case you need that 1 extra monster. It's essential union-making of other monsters is nice, along with a defined effect, but the "If the equipped card is an Effect Monster, your opponent takes all Battle Damage involving this card." has me perplexed. Wouldn't it normally take all Battle Damage? Is this incorrect OCG or did I miss something? That didn't decide it, just so ya' know, just mentioning it.
