Ultimajk
Sorry if I sound like a newb lol but Ive always thought and been told that Fusion Summoned Monsters can't attack on the first turn they are summoned, however out of curiosity ive tried to look it up but never been able to find any offical rule saying that. Is it an actual rule if so where can i find it?
darkguy00000
Its' not a rule. It's an anime rule in Battle City, which is probably where you got it.

Evan20000
the show makes up all kinds of bull-ony( ) i.e. that you need a spellcaster to activate Magic Cylinder.

TotalObelisk
Sure are...I think there is a Fusion Magic card that makes you wait a turn thought. That card' date=' right? RIGHT???[/quote'] Yeah, I think he's reffering to that one. In the anime, Kaizer summon his Cyber end Dragon using that, and it came out on the first turn, then in another episode he used it again and his monster didn't come out till his next turn. Why don't they make up their minds  .
