Yugioh Ultima Academy Part 6 - Threat from the Cosmos ~Started, Not Accepting due to capacity~ [PG-13]

Crystal smiled back at AJ. "I guess you're right darling. I wonder how Athrun and Garnet are going to react to our presents? Oh, and talking of which-" She pointed to the Christmas tree in the corner where, sure enough, two presents sat, one from each of their children. Dark Magician stood by the tree, as if trying to see through - which he probably was doing - the presents.

--i take it you mean Athrun and Garnet? lol

 

"Well then, why don't we see what we have? Then we can begin our day." he said walking towards the tree. Meanwhile back at the island after opening his gift from his parents and finding some new duel disk parts and some new cards, he went to look for his friends.

 

"Wonder how many of the guys stayed here during the holidays." he thought. He knew Joanna had gone home due to family tradition but was still curious to who else was here.

Garnet was pleased to see her mother had managed to track down several other cards for her Top Gear Fandeck, as well as Top Gear themed sleeves for her cards. "Wow, I never knew they did that! I knew they had merchandise such as a stretchy and glow-in-the-dark Stig keyring, but I never knew they did duel sleeves!" She turned her backs over to check. "Awesome, they even gave me even duel sleeves so I could theme them! Right..." She began to slot them in, making sure to put all the boys' cards in their right sleeves, so all the James cards were in the James sleeves, etc.

Elsewhere something of a significant importance had just happened. "So, what should we name him?" a female voice said calmly.

 

"I was actually a fan of Axel. It sounds like it could fit him, plus it's not one of those names the other kids can make fun of when he's younger." a male voice said. The female voice smiled and laughed.

 

"Kids won't make fun of him Nightshroud. So stop worrying." the dark being laughed.

 

"Jade, i'm not worried. He's my son. He'll be able to hold his own alright." the female shook her head and kissed her husband.

 

"Yes. I'm sure he will."

Both Luke and Saphire had been busy over Christmas, more having fun than spending time with their families, in essence, both of them were very childish at heart, yet, they knew how to be mature if need be (Although, this quality isn't realy shown in Saphire). they were both from different families, but their personalities are the same, but... this isn't all that ties them together...

Raiden woke up and sleepily walked over to the bathroom. He brushed his teeth and combed his hair. And halfway through his shower raiden realized. "Hey...isnt sapphire coming back from vacation today?" Raiden stopped his shower got dressed ran outside tripped on the stairs recovered ran over to the dock tripped on a stone recovered and made it to the dock and tackled Luke and Sapphire. "HEY GUYS IM SO GLAD YOURE BACK!!!!"

Luke and Saphire both smiles as they get tackled, Saphire hugs Raiden "Hey Raidensies did you help me get better when i was sicksies? thank you so muchsies!" Luke whispers to Raiden "Hey... i don't think she know's exactly what was inside of her... i think we best keep quiet about it ok Raiden...?" saphire looks puzzled "... Lukesies... what are you telling Raidensies?" She says curiously

"He's just saying how glad he is to be back." Raiden said forcing a smile. "AND IM REALLY GLAD YOU GUYS ARE BACK!!!!" Raiden said sqeezing the both of them. "So did ya have a nice christmas vacation?" He asked them. His christmas vacation had been waiting for them to come back, Exploring the island, and building his new insect deck. "I hope your break was more interesting than mine."

"They should have returned by now."

 

"Yes. I think it is safe to assume that all of them have returned to the island sir. Is it time to begin the next phase of our plan?"

 

"I believe so." the 3 suited figures where meeting at the entrance to the academy discussing their next moves. "We must make sure that the girl is present. This plan cannot go correctly without her." the other 2 nodded.

 

"What about the boy? As we have seen he'll do whatever he can to protect her." the female said. The first male nodded.

 

"It shouldn't matter. The oncoming threat will be more than enough to take them all out." the second male nodded.

 

"Then i believe it is time to bestow true fear upon this island."

"yeah!" They both say simuletaniously, smiling "I've realy just been gaming all holliday" Luke says with an embarassed look "And I've.... wellsies.... i don't want to saysies..." She blushes as she knows all she did over the holidays was play with plushies "te he he he hesies..."She giggles cutely

Raiden smiled it was good to have all of his friends back from vacation. And he was lucky enough to not have any nano spacian or other problems over the break. But just then a 3rd person came out of a small private boat and onto the dock. He work a white lab coat and glasses. His burgundy hair blew in the wind and amber eyes shone. "Hello again Raiden it's been a long time." Raiden for a moment was too stunned to speak. "D-doctor? Doctor Katoga?" Raiden asked the man. "Heheh im glad you remember me Raiden old boy!" Raiden smiled and stood with luke and sapphire. "These are my friends sir Luke and Sapphire she's..well she's my." He blushed slightly. "Hahah Raiden you always had trouble getting the G word out old boy!" "Doctor why are you at Ultima Academy?" Raiden asked. "It's about your father and these Nano Spacians. I've been sent here by Zero to study them...it was an order directly from Zero's mouth." Raiden was speechless again. "Z-zero is alive? Zero is leading you guys?" Raiden asked. "Yes but im afraid thats all i can say. But for now im more interested in your friends." He said looking at Luke and Sapphire and offering his handshake to them.

Lukea nd Saphire both smile and again, in perfect sync, shake the professor's hand, when they both let go, again, at the same time, they look at each other and laugh, smiling "This is wierd" they both say together, although with saphire sliping her usual '-sies' onto the end of the word wierd this time.

Raiden laughed a little. "Wow that's kinda cool." Raiden said smiling. "Umm hey doc is there any way me or sapphire can help with your reaserch?" "Sorry Raiden but i think i should do my work alone. You and your friends might get hurt." The doctor walked off waving goodbye to Raiden. "Awwe the doc was a good friend of my dad's i wish i could help him...oh well." Raiden turned back to his friends. "Did you guys know there will be a Dance coming up soon?"

For once, the two do something different, saphires blushes "oh, te he he he he.... yes... I know about that Raidensies..." meanwhile Luke looks down "Yeah... i've heard but..." he frowns, obviously thinking about a certain someone he's dying to see, they both give a relieved sigh that they didn't do anything in sync again, then they realised the sigh was and they both laughed

"hahaah you two keep doing that and people will think you're twins or something. Anyways Saph i was thinking that you and i could go together." Raiden smiled when he asked. "So what do you say?" He asked.

 

The doctor was outside the parameter of where the meteor landed. "This is about where Tornix made entry. The doctor pulled out a notebook and began writing.

Saphire smiles happily "I'd love tosies!" She glomps Raiden passionately, while luke averts his eyes to prevent himself getting jealous "I best leave you two... al...one...." he pauses "Is it just me or... has the wind realy picked up....uwah!!!!" A sudden burst of strong wind pulls Luke and Saphire off the ground. and flying into a tree, oddly enough, they both hit diffeent trees, but at the same time, falling to the ground and groaning "owwwwwww" at the same time once again

Dennis was sitting on a rock, looking at the ocean, hmph, this place is dead nobody cares for the ocean. He was thinking, about school the chances of him being top student. Dennis calculated it, in his eyes the chances were high. "I better go." Dennis sighed heading for the Obelisk Dorm, looking at his deck, it appeared to be his Blackwing deck, his favorite. "Another day, another waste of time." Dennis sighed.

[Master Red]

Romeo and Chris had accompanied Romeos Parents on a shorter trip and thus had missed a lot of what had been going on. They waved good bye to Romeo's parents and Silvia, Romeo's mother, managed to embarass the young couple once more before they had to leave.

As Chris had suspected before they had even boarded the ship before they had left, Romeo's father had been pretty much absent during the whole time, being occupied with work during most of the trip. He had been able to exchange a few sentences with him during the trip, but he couldn't say that he acctually knew more than his name, Edward.

As the ship had sailed off they headed back towards the Ra Dorms, hoping that they would be restored by now so that they wouldn't have to sleep another night in the rec hall with all the other Ra Students.

"I wonder what we've missed out on?" Romeo said out loud, looking up towards the school. Chris shrugged a little and yawned, being a bit tired as he hadn't caught a lot of sleep last night. "I don't know.. hopefully they've dealt with those aweful aliens by now" he said and another yawn escaped his lips. Romeo giggled a little and nodded agreeingly, not having to deal with those would be wonderful.

Athrun awoke from his slumber in his dorm and got dressed for the day. He grabbed his new deck off of his bed side table and inserted it in his duel disk. "Let's see how this new Assault deck works out. With the cards dad sent me i think i'll be good." he walked out of the dorms and headed towards the school.

All around the school the winds had been picking up like crazy, trees were being uprooted by the second and half the red dorm was detatcehed from the floor, it looked as though it would fly awayany second and as such, students were piling out of it in twos and threes as if they were being fired from a missile launcher, Luke could tell, surely enough, Storm Hummingbird was here!

Dennis looked outside, he then turned his head. "Unusual but very cool." He whispered. "I will have to check this out." Dennis tryed to walk out the dorm but the wind was insane outside, he barely stepped inside. "Someone to duel." Dennis said walking off around the dorm. "Well I guess if it's impossible to go outside I'll just go to bed." Dennis walked off to his dorm room, he then layed down on his bed and fell asleep.

[Master Red]

The wind caught them by surprise and they almost lost their luggage, but luckily it flew in to a wall and stopped. They gathered their lugagge again and started to fight their way through the storm, holding on to eachother and their luggage so they wouldn't be knocked over by the wind. "I guess that answers our question about the Nano Spacians!" Chris yelled overthe storm and Romeo nodded in response, not wantin to strain his voice more than nessecairy.

The hummingbird was standing firm amongst the severe winds of the storm, looking down over all the people darting for safety, the cave was packed to the brim as it practicaly was the floor anyway, the area around the slifer dorm was empty as it hung by what seemed to be a mere thread on the ground, as if it were fighting to stay down yet knew there was no hope, half the forest had disapeared and the seas were retreating like the academy smelt of 5000 rotten sardines. luke could only think of one thing to do, in a flash, he jumped and a hoverboard like object appeared below him, when he landed on it after his jump, he took a brief second to regain his balance, and then he set off, riding the wind like it was a tidal wave, and like Luke was an expert surfer

Athrun felt a powerful gust of wind as he approached the school. "Man, weather today is pretty ruff." he covered his duel disk to make sure his deck didn't go flying. "Wait a sec...is this one of the Nano Spacians?" he got up and ran towards the school quicker. "I gotta find the others!"

[Naimo]

"What the-" Garnet saw the destruction that only meant one thing; Nano-Spacien. She had managed to get everything crammed into one bag, and she was currently flying over the waves, her duel disk loaded, while struggling to keep her balance due to the heavy winds. She managed to brave them and resorted to flying beside Luke. "Do you know where the Nano Spacien is?" she bellowed furiously.
