Yugioh Ultima Academy Part 6 - Threat from the Cosmos ~Started, Not Accepting due to capacity~ [PG-13]

[~Kefka~]

"There you are." he said noticing her. "You had a camera in the hospital room when you where trying to spy on me when i was with Joanna right?"

[Naimo]

Garnet nodded. "And what about it?" she asked, wondering what was causing her brother to know. Knowing him, he wouldn't ask unless it was important. She folded her arms and waited for his answer.

[~Kefka~]

"We need to take a look at a tape. The one of the night where Joanna woke up. A man broke into the infermary. We need to know if your camera caught any of it." he asked. He hoped his sister would have the footage of that night.

[Master Red]

Romeo's mother then jerked back a little and laughed apolageticly, covering her mouth as she did so. "Oh where are my manners!" She exclaimed and extended her hand towards Chris offering him a handshake. "Sylvia de la Snow" she said, smiling politely at Chris. "Chris Stoneheart" he said, accepting her handshake. "Where's dad?" Romeo asked, looking at Sylvia. "oh, he's still on the boat writing some stupid report!" Sylvia exclaimed rolling her eyes a little. She had putten a lot of emphasis on the stupid part so Chris guessed that it was common that Romeo's dad was caught up with work a lot of the time. "Oh.. I see" Romeo said, looking down at the ground looking a bit sad. This confirmed Chris' theory about Romeo's dad, he also guessed that Romeo didn't have a very good relationship with him.. probably because he was absent most of the time and when he was there he was busy with work. "Cheer up honey, you still got us!" Sylvia said putting her arms around both Chris and Romeo. "Now, why don't you show me your room.. you don't share a room yet, do you?" she had quickly added the last part and was glancing between the two of them with a look that was hard to place. Either it was a joke or she would kill them if they said yes.. well, at least she'd kill Chris. "N-No! of Course not!" Romeo exclaimed, getting red in the face.

[Naimo]

"Hmmmm," was Garnet's first words as she heard her brother's request. "I guess ... hang on." She opened her bag and pulled out the camera she had, until recently, kept hidden in the infirmy. She jabbed the play button and rewinded the tape, stopping at the point where she saw Athrun walking out. Then she pushed play, and the tape began to play slowly.

Luke had shut himself up in his room, busy doing stuff, more specificly, playing a game, he'd enjoyed it so much he lost trak of time, but he went down to the beach, without the game of course, so he sat down and stared out at the ocean, it looked like there had been a mild drizzle all day, but it seems to have stopped now

[Master Red]

Sylvia stared at the destroyed Ra yellow dorm with a disgusted look on her face, she hadn't said a word for over a minute now which seemed to be unusual from what Chris had seen from her. "Well, isn't this... lovely" she said, the corner of her mouth twitching a little. "You told me you were living in the next best dorm.. do I even want to know what the worst one looks like?" She said, glancing nervously at Romeo, "you can't be demoted can you?" she added worriedly as Romeo laughed nervously as an answer. "this is not how it always looks mom!" He exclaimed and looked at Chris who was laughing a little as well. "There was a storm and they are still working on the water damage, we're staying in the rec. hall unil they've fixed everything up again" Chris explained, finding the confused yet relieved look on Sylvia's face very amusing. "Oh thank god! I was starting to worry about what kind of place I had sent my son off to" she sighed and smiled looking around to take in the surroundings. "Well, well.. I'm not surprised you found love on this island hon- I think I can spot at least three good make-out spots!" She exclaimed making Romeo and Chris feeling utterly uncomfortable again. "Maybe you can show me all the great spots so that I can knock some life into that father of yours" she whispered, grinning widely and winking. Chris first felt uncomfortable about this but as he saw the look on Romeo's face he couldn't keep himself from laughing. Sure he had felt uncomfortable about it too but Romeo looked as if he was about to hit his mother. he got kind of worried that he would though, then it wouldn't be fun any more.. but he doubted he'd hit his mother, Romeo would never do such a thing.

[~Kefka~]

As the video played back Athrun was seen walking back in a few moments later. After Mrs. Fontaine went into the office a few minutes later the man in the suit entered. "There he is!" Athrun said glancing at him. It then showed him tapping Fontaine on the forehead casuing her to go unconsious. Then Raiden jumped threw the window and held out his arrow tolds the man. Athrun was getting up when suddenly everything stopped. A few seconds passed and then it seemed like the man disappeared, although the video was still recording.

 

"What the..?! Your camera freeze sis?"

[Naimo]

Garnet shook her head. "This is glitch-proof..." She paused. "Unless ... it was purposely stopped?" She paused again. "And it feels like it was done by magic ... no one could have known or reached the camera unless they knew it there in the first place..."

[~Kefka~]

"Time freezeing." said a voice from behind them. Their father walked up to them.

 

"So you're saying these guys have the ability to freeze time dad?" AJ frowned and nodded.

 

"I believe so, and if we're correct in thinking this then we can be in much more trouble then we think. The thing to think about is however, why break into the school and suddenly leave? Nothing missing, no havic caused, did they truly have a motive, and if so, what was it?"

[The D.M.]

"I've got an idea as to their motives" Raiden said speaking up "Or rather" he called back his Raging Flame Sprite "SHE has an idea....Sprite what did you find out" The Sprite said nothing "Sprite?" Raiden was concerned "Whats wrong with her?"

Luke awoke from his slumber, he'd been fighting a terrible cold and was glad he hadn't seen his friends recently as he didn't want them to catch it, he stepped outside and it felt as if his skin was on fire, in a flash he darted to the cave on the beach with a teleportation incantion and sat deep in so he was shelterd by the shade "God dammit, another one so soon!?"

[The D.M.]

Raiden was walking around the beach. He had arranged for him and Sapphire to meet there he sensed someone but ignored it. He could tell it was'nt dangerous by its benevolent aura. It occured to him that it might be Athrun or Luke or even Garnet this place is so full of magic. "*sigh* yknow its days like these that make the fight against darkness worth while." He said to himself then he thought of his friends and what they had to protect. (Athrun's Got Johanna...Garnet's got her family...Ryu has got Lucy...I've got Saph of course and Chris has Romeo and Luke's got...) His face twinged with sadness (I mean i get the sense he likes Hikari but...the feeling isnt mutual or at least thats what i see.) He kept thinking and the same idea kept forming in his head. (No way...Not gonna do it...im not gonna play matchmaker nonononNO) But Raiden's concinse got the better of him (Okay so how am i gonna go this?) he thought to himself

Luke could see Raiden from in the cave and put up a heat proof barrier, he ran out to Raiden and stoped suddenly "Is this heat even phasing you at all raiden!?" He shouted, mystified at the fact Raiden wasn't feeling the heat at all "Come on, we've gotta go and find the Nano Spacian!" he grabs Raiden's hand and drags him off, with speed to go and find the nano spacian

[The D.M.]

"Waitaminute the Nano's are showing up in THIS heat wave?" Raiden said groaning "Yknow what THAT IS IT!!!" Raiden was angry now "Im Gonna beat the crap out of this thing quickly so i can go get some lemonade you with me luke?" He said partially to rev him and luke up and partially joking around. This was his chance for revenge though but he would'nt let it control him the Nano Spacian would be destroyed by HIS hand. "Okay so where do you think it is?"

[Negimalevolent]

He smiles "I have no idea, but.... if I had to make an asumtion, I'd say..." he points at the large mountain behind the academy "there's a huge chance he's up there, in the volcano, where it's hot.... very hot... let's go!" he teleports them both to the volcano

[The D.M.]

"WHOAH JEEZ WITH THE TELEPORTING!!!" Raiden still was'nt used to teleportation despite his magic powers "Okay...im good now so where do you think it-NGH!!!" Raiden sensed a HUGE power nearby. "Is that it?!?!?" Raidne was looking about cautiously for the monster every muscle tensed for an attack. "Now Where are you?"

The scarab scutled out of the lava, glowing red from the heat but un-phased, even remotely. it was redy to fight "Raiden, it's your turn to fight, I'll keep the both of us cool while you fight, so get ready, our lives ride on this game, and that lava don't look very friendly..."

 

Win Conditions:

1- Win the duel

2- With all your face up defence position monsters destroyed at the end of each turn

3- While losing one of your empty monster card zones during each of your end phases

"Alright you ugly monster IM gonna start this show I play my Frontline Base set 2 cards and summon my X-Head Cannon end"

the scarab draws with a grotesque grin on it's face " I play Heavy storm and then set three cards I summon my raging flame sprite and attack directly, then I activate level limit, area B, i end there"

"Not So Fast i activate my Magic Jammer to negate your Heavy Storm!!!" Raiden said smirking "I Draw now i use my frontline base to special summon my Y Dragon Head!! Fusion Summon for XY Dragon Cannon now i discard 1 card to destroy your level limit area B. Switch XY Dragon Head to attack mode and destroy your Raging Flame Sprite!!!"

The scarab snears as the attack vanishes and reapears, aiming for Raiden "did you forget something hot-shot!?" luke calls to him "Raiden, he had magic cylender, so you're the one who's gonna lose the life points!!!"

"RGH YOU CREEP!!!" Raiden was infuriated "FINE THEN I SET 2 and END BRING IT ON YOU MONSTER!!!" Raiden called out he was enraged one of his fathers murderers would walk away with him in his clutches...no he wouldnt have it. (Ill use my fathers card...once i summon it ill blow this abomination straight to hell)

The scarab smiles "Rage is the best form of energy, this is my chance!" it draws "I activate my face-down card, Royal Decree, then I have my Sprite attack!" the sprite rushes forward and blasts Raiden

"This can't be happening!!!" Raiden thought frantically as he drew "Cyber Dragon...no good!!! DAMMIT IM GONNA LOST THI-" *flashback* Kuriboh handed Raiden his fathers special card the one he only used against his GREATEST enemies. "I hope you recognize this card monster. It's the card of the man you MURDERED!!! I activate De-Fusion to summon my Y Dragon Head and my Z-Metal Tank back to the field next i summon my V-Tiger Jet. now i use Polymerization for my father's card!!! FUSION SUMMON CYBERNETIC DRAGONOID BLOODY DEATHSAURA!!! Now i activate Limiter Remover and attack you directly!!!"
