"I can make a dark portal and use a dark aura blast like my father could and Garnet can teleport and fly." he told her.

"yes...Garnet uses Mana...she's a magician...but your abilities....seem to require chi....you may be a warrior....if so...then your in as much danger as I am...." footsteps are heard coming from the cave."he's coming....then that means...Ryu...may be...

"Maybe I should get ready... Eksan, doberium!" he says, his palms begin to glow... "If I do this, don't call me one of the heros of mana... heh..."

Garnet clicked her fingers and a fireball appeared in her hand. "I don't use mana, I was born with these abilities." Her legs changed into the genie tail again; she couldn't possibly look more ready for battle.

"hmm." says the person stepping out, he's in his mid forties and in fact he looks older than Josep."I smell....a magician....interesting." he looks at Hikari with surprise." ah...my little girl...come and give your father a hug." he says as he takes off his cloak, he's wearing spiked armor, touching him would obviously kill you.

Athrun smiled at her. "I can hold my own. I'm tougher then i look, and don't worry we'll do all we can to get Ryu out of there. I promise nothing will happen to him."

"...Whoa... that looks... prickly... uman cactus... well... not human... more like... deranged lunatic cactus actualy" he laughs a little

"ah...so that one wants to be first...is he you're mage Hikari....I don't think so." he brings out an executioner's axe and points it at Athrun."come forth little warrior" he says as he takes a throwing axe from his back and throws it at Athrun with incredible speed.

[~Kefka~]

"Ngh! What the...!" Athrun quickly ducks the attack. "You wish! Nightshroud!" Suddenly a dark mist appeared and Nightshroud walked from it.

 

"You rang sire?" he asked with a small smirk.

 

"I need your help." the dark being nodded and transferred into Athrun.

He carefuly takes time to examine the armour while Athrun is fighting "It's laced with... is that.... TTX!? That stuff's deadly...."

[Lord JZ of the Enigma]

"good reflexes boy...Retono Lumina Axis!" it was an odd language, but it made the axe return aimed at Athrun's neck, covered in a light shroud."let's see your darkness handle that." he looks at Luke."you like the armor? here...have a closer look!" he throws a poisoned dart from his wrist towards Luke.

"Yah! nanuna darum gasdan!" he shouts making a reflective shield that sends the dart back towards hikari's dad, but it shattrs after the dart is sent back

"you're both quick on the uptake....I'll enjoy absorbing your auras...." he says sinisterly he walks confidently towards Luke and Raises the Axe, readying to strike down."Die boy!"

[Negimalevolent]

"Akura samna!" A light sword appears in his hand and he rolls out of the way, behind hikari's father and slashes up wards, slicing the armour in two

[Lord JZ of the Enigma]

A portion of his armor falls cracking the ground as it falls."very clever, but know you're within range." he performs a low kick which if it hits would dig a spike into Luke's stomach.

"Awa kamana!" he shouts as he vanishes, appering above him and thrusting downwards into his skull "chew on this"

[Lord JZ of the Enigma]

"Luke wait!" Hikari Screams as she noticed her father's movements, he grabbed Luke while in the air and smashed him into the ground."so you have a fighting spirit, eh?" he looks at Hikari."and you you're to afraid to move....so stay out of this."he uses the death Stare and Hikari falls down."I'll just have her shut up for now...but you...I can start absorbing your soul right now."

he quickly mumbles a incantion "wandra erexet forman..." it turns the energy Hikari's father absorbs to energy that desroys the person taking it's vital organs

"AHHH!" he says as he gets off and holds his stomach."not a bad move....but now we're both weakened....I'll see you later, little mage boy....take care of my little girl." he says as Hikari finally wakes up, she looks at him."This isn't over, not by a long shot." he says as he Transports away.

Chris had taken Romeo out of there, he didnt have any magical abilities so he would be a sitting duck out there. 'stay here' he said turning to get back there. 'wait! What about you?' Romeo called looking scared and sad, 'youre not magic either'. Chris turned back to face him, smiling sheepishly. 'acctually, i do' he said, closing his eyes. The blue aura formed around him and he looked at Romeo. 'i cant let him hurt my friends' he said and smiled, 'and i know i can control it now'. 'control what?' Romeo asked staring at chris. 'the darkness' he said, walking up to Romeo, kissing him. 'i love you' he said taking a step back, the black goop starting to run out of his eyes. 'i love you too' Romeo said taking his hand as he was about to leave 'be safe'. 'i will' chris said running back to the others.

"Hikari started crying, having seen her father again like that had broken her heart."Wait...what about Ryu?" she asks, when she feels another dark aura from the cave, it was an aura she hadn't felt since the time Ryu released the Vortex Guardians, but this one was primitive, and feral.

'hey im back' chris said as he approached them. The blue aura was now very clear and visible.

"Chris!" Hikari shouted "duck down!" suddenly a wild figure jumps from the cave and aims to pounce at Chris, it has a black aura and it's claws threaten to slice Chris in two.

Chris reacted fast, faster then hed ever reacted before. He got covered in the blue aura, the creature sliced through the aura. but chris was no longer in the aura, he had teleported several feet from the spot he just stood.
