OOC: no cardsd in hand, Token Avenger (5 Token counters), 1 set and 1 Dark heart token (you know where to check teh effects of my cards ;))

 

He grinned, "keep playing like taht and you're going to lose, Athrun~chan" he said and laughed a little. "I don't understand what Chris ever saw in you, you can barely keep up" he said and examined his own finger nails.

A female figure came running up from behind the 2, taking careful steps as she remember what had happened last time. She looked over at the 2 dueling, and smiled. "Hey Athrun!" The figure yelled, before running over to get a better look at the duel. "So your dueling already? Aww... Good luck Athrun!" The female figure, Lucy, yelled loudly with a smile on her face.

The controller of this card pays 300 Life Points during each of his/her Standby Phases (this is not optional). This card cannot be destroyed by an effect that targets. While this card is face-up on the field, all monsters you control are treated as DARK Fiend-Type monsters. During each of your End Phases, destroy 1 monster you control and Special Summon 1 "Dark Soul Token" (Fiend-Type/ DARK/ Level 1/ ATK 0/ DEF 0) in Defense Position. When a "Dark Soul Token" is destroyed, put 1 Corruption Counter on a face-up monster your opponent controls. During each of your Standby Phases, you can remove from play 1 monster with a Corruption Counter your opponent controls, Special Summon 1 "Corruption Token" (DARK/ Fiend-Type/ Level 4/ ATK 1600/ DEF 1000) and your opponent gains 1000 Life Points. When a "Corruption Token" inflicts Battle Damage to your opponent's Life Points, remove from play 1 random card in your opponent's hand.

 

 

Chris smiled.. "waste.." he mumbled. "I simply use the effect of Token Avenger to keep it on the field.. of course it costs me 2 Token Avenger counters" he said and 2 small Kuribos flocking in the card zone dissapeared. "As for your attack.. i thank you for it, you now take 300 damage thanks to Token Avengers effecta and your Junk Warrior gains another Corruption Counter, which means that when my turn comes around I'll win" he said laughing.

"heh" he said as he drew a card and lost 300 life points. "Now I'll take control of your Junk Warrior due to Corrupted Hearts effect" he said and grinned. He looked at the card in his hand and then at Athrun. "let me tell you a story Athrun.." he said, another line of thinck goop running down from his eyes. "There once was a Sheep named Merril. Merril was a bad little sheep that enjoyed praying to satan and performing dark rituals to get closer to her master. When Merril later was slaughtered to fill the belly of the farmer and his family, satan rewarded her with eternal life and thus resurrected her from the dead... now feel her wrath! I summon Merril the Dark Sheep!" he said and placed the card on the field.

"eh.." Dark Chris' eyes shot wide open in surprise. "NOOOOOO!" he yelped as the blast hit him. A fine line of Black ink dripped down from his cheek as he flew backwards hiting the ground several feet away, where he stopped, smoke coming from his body. The image of Merril and all other cards dissapeared from the field.

"I see it now.." Dark Chris said and closed his eyes, smiling a genuine smile that looked both happy and sad.. a final streak of dark thick goop ran down his cheeks, hopefully for the last time. Chris' hair color returned to normal, the thick lines of goop were still visible under his eyes, but he seemed serene.

 

"He's back again" Satyre mumbled looking relieved and happy to then run to th body of his friend. "hey.. wake up you!" he yelled staring at him.

"Yay for Athrun!" Lucy said in a cheerful voice, before walking over to Athrun with a large grin on her face. "Well Done Athrun, you really beat him good!" Lucy said as she arrived at Athrun, still speaking in her cheerful tone. She had no idea what the duel was actually about.

Athrun gave the both a thumbs up. Joanna helped support him up. "You did great!" she said with a kiss on the cheek. Athrun smiled weakly.

 

"Heh, thanks." he said deactvating his duel disk. "All i need now is a nice nap and i'll be ok." he turned to see Chris and the figure next to him. "Is Chris gonna be alright?"

"Try and i'll do the same to you." said a voice from behind him as Nightshroud sppeared.

 

"Oh hey Nightshroud." said Athrun correcting himself. "What are you doing here?" he asked curious to the dark beings random appearnce.

 

"Well i do have to keep an eye on you." he said bowing. "I made a promise to your old man and i do intend to keep it."
