Guest Chaos Pudding
Rules:1. I post an actual card. 2. You post an improved version of that card. It should be fairly obvious if the original card is too overpowered or too underpowered, so I won't say which way you should move the card. Note that you can change anything about the card except the name and picture (although if you can find a wicked new picture, I won't hold it against your score). That means ATK/DEF, Level, Attribute/Type (I wouldn't think this would matter that much, but you can change it if you feel it could add to the balance), Sub-Type (either changing or adding/removing of one), and, most importantly, effect. 3. I chose the winner based on balance of the new card. OCG doesn't matter as long as I am able to tell what the effect is. I'll probably check every day, and if there isn't a card I'm happy with, then I'll extend it another day. The current card will be posted in the opening post. 4. The winner will receive a +Rep, and will be allowed to chose the next card out of a few choices I post. 5. Rinse and repeat. The current card: 1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monstersYou can Tribute 1 monster to inflict damage to your opponent equal to its Level x 200. Past Winners:1. 2.3. Just use Paint and crop the picture. I don't have Paint on this laptop so I can't do it.
Sander
If this card is in your Graveyard when you successfully Special Summoned a Winged-Beast-Type monster or a WIND monster, you can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard. Once per turn, you can discard 1 card to destroy 1 face-down Spell or Trap Card on the field. When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle and sends it to the Graveyard, you can Special Summon 1 Level 4 or lower WIND monster from your Graveyard. That monster's effect (s) is negated. Hope that is what you meant :/

BulletMan
Okay. Lore; This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing 1 WIND Winged Beast-Type monster in your Graveyard from play. Once per turn, you can switch the Battle Position of a monster on the field. Its Battle Position cannot change until the End Phase. The controller of that monster draws 1 card.

Master Red
My entry.. as far as I'm concerned a retrained monster does not share the same name as it's component (ex. Dark Grepher/Warrior Dai-Grepher). Therefore my card has a totally different name :)
This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned to the field by Removing 1 WIND monster in your Gravyerad from play. During each players End Phase, shift the Battle Position of all face-up monsters on the field. The battle positions of these monsters cannot be changed, except with a card effect. If this card would be destroyed by battle, you can remove 1 Winged-Beast-Type monster in your Graveyard from play instead.

Dark Grepher in all, is a totally different card that Warrior Dai-Grepher. You're supposed to make the card with the SAME name and SAME picture. Hard to follow to rules, amirite? I named the topic "Retrained Cards" for lack of a more concise term. The rules tell you what the contest involves, not necessarily the title.
