Flame Bot Mech:

Effect: 10/20: I don't see how this card can get on the field, do you reveal it to your opponent and then your opponent has to get rid of one his own monsters to Special Summon this? So your basically giving your opponent a free monster. Also, if you say that this card CANNOT be NORMAL SUMMONED, how do you use Flame Bot Tokens? The requirements for the Flame Bot Tokens are that Flame Bot Mech needs to be NORMAL SUMMONED, which it can't be.

Name/Attribute/ATK/DEF/Level: 5/5 good

OCG: 20/20. I see nothing wrong

25/45

Swift Striker

Effect: 9/20 I wanna say this card is insanely OP'ed because it has 10000 ATK and DEF. Then if you just empty out your hand, this card is indestructible by battle. Then by simply reducing this card's ATK and DEF by 500, you make it immune to Spells and Traps. I feel the 13 Stars and DARK are just to take up space. Plus, this card can basically recycle itself as long as it is "destroyed" and not "sent" to the Graveyard.

Name/Attribute/ATK/DEF/Level: 5/5 good

OCG: 16/20 You repeated "When this card is targeted by a Spell or Trap Effect, negate the effect and destroy the card ". Either way, this card loses 500 ATK and DEF, you don't need to restate it.

30/45

I really don't like either at all, but I have to choose a winner and that would be Swift Striker.

Both are pretty Op, and both OCG is pretty much the same, the names both fit the pic's and efects, however the name of "Flame Bot Mech" is a little bit lamer than that of "Swift Striker".

But if I have to make a choice, I would vote for "Flame Bot Mech", becouse even though "Swift Striker" has a lot of restrictions, I find 10000 (or 8500 if only mon*) to much and with its effect negater it's almost indestructeble.

I vote for...the first card. The second card, in my opinion, had too much unnecessary things, too many effects, and probably could'a been arranged better. It's good though. The first card has an interesting effect. I am quite the enthusiast of unique effects. The first card also utilizes Tokens, which I happen to love!

First Card

Positives

- Simple, but intreging effect.

- Mostly balanced, although the burn at the end seems too harsh.

Negatives

- Recurring OCG errors.

- As said before, the burn seems to make this card underpowered.

Second Card

Positives

- Long, yet 'balanced' effect.

Negatives

- Lots of OCG errors.

- Somewhat haphazard way of writing the effect.

- Effect in essence, doesn't make sense. (Due to S.Summoning conditions)

- Effect becomes unrealistic with Level 13; since no card can be treated as Level 13.

Overall, I vote for Leo, since although he has OCG errors and an overly destructive effect; his card has less OCG errors, the effect will activate and is realistic.

Thanks for the invitation Wander...next time send me one to be a competitor...XD

On the cards:

Mecha Flame Bot: A card with effects that are really similar to lava /Grinder Golem the retrieval effect is a good stuff and the tokens you get are moar subsublie than Grinder so...Cool

Swift Striker: I feel a little iffy about this card...on the way it is worded even when you got to tribute 4 monsters...the decreacing effect wouldn't affect it too much since to summon him you'll severily waste your resources in hand so he always will have at least 8000 + attack...and having a negation effect by itself, and being able to be bring back it is Clearly OPED

So balance win this my vote goes to Mecha Flame Bot
