I want to make a new set mainly based on destruction. So can you please tell me the opinion about the value of the cards?

 

Like in chess, where a Bishop worths 3 pawns. How many Spell/Trap cards does a Monster card worth? Does a Spell Card worth the same as a Trap card? Do discarded cards have far less value than tributed cards or the difference is not that great?

Well, obviously Monsters are worth more than Spell and Traps but if you have no Spell or traps, your defeat is assured. Spells and Traps are necessary to protect yourself, benefit yourself and destroy enemy cards.
