[spoiler=Effect]This card cannot be Special Summoned. This card can only be Normal Summoned by Tributing 2 WATER or WIND monsters you control while "Umi" is on the field (This card cannot be Set.) This card's Attribute is also treated as WIND while this card is face-up on the field. When this card is Summoned, you can add 1 "Heavy Storm", "Giant Trunade", or "Mystical Space Typhoon" from your Deck to your hand. Once per turn, you can discard 1 card to destroy 1 Spell or Trap card on the field. You can discard 1 card to negate the activation of a card effect that targets and destroys a card you control and destroy that card.

Card B:

[spoiler=Effect]This card cannot be Special Summoned. If you Tribute Summon this card by Tributing 1 "Blackwing" monster, you can Special Summon up to 2 non-tuner "Blackwing" monsters from either players Graveyard to your side of field. When a "Blackwing" monster you control is selected as an attack target you can return 1 "Blackwing" monster from either players Graveyard to the owner's Deck to end the Battle Phase. When this card is sent to the Graveyard, you can discard 1 DARK monster to destroy up to 2 Spell or Trap Cards on the field. You can return this card to the top of your Deck and destroy 1 face-down Spell or Trap Card on the field.

[spoiler=Card A]Balance: Given it's ability to completely acquire field control, I still consider this card balanced, due to the fact that you are forced to have "Umi" on the field.

Originality: Nada. It is just another trap/spell jammer that has a lot of summoning conditions because of that. About the name - I hate the word "Maker". It is so plain!

OCG: I would twist some phrases in the effect, but there is nothing big. Grammar and capitalization are good.

Effect-name-image connection: Well the image clearly shows a marine creature with wings that creates a twister, so you have no problem here.

Practical use: As long as you stack 3 "Terraforming"'s in your deck, this card is Gold.

Realism: 1st edition is not in all caps. "The" in the name should be capitalised. You epicly failed the ID - it must have 4 letters, not 3.

[spoiler=Card B]Balance: You do realise this is a 0/0 monster. And the fact that it can suicide does not make it more balanced, because it IS a 1 tribute. But it is not VERY underpowered, just a bit, because if you summon it end-game you can get some 2 great monsters.

Originality: The way this card ends the Battle Fiend is very original, I must say. And the rest of the effect is also kinda unique. Kudos for that.

OCG: Close to perfect.

Effect-name-image connection: You see a bird flying from the inside of a cloud (graveyard) towards the sun (field). This clearly represents the idea of summoning from the graveyard. Also, it is moving to the Light (aka suicide). And the name explains the battle phase ending effect (although the image doesn't). All good so far, but the image's art is kinda poor.

Practical use: HUGE. Get me a Blackwing deck!!!

Realism: It cannot be EN001, no way a deck can start like that. You forgot to capitalize "The" and "Hope". Also the image is not very Yu-Gi-Oh-ish.

My vote goes to Card B.

Well, looks I lost... Unless I get 2 votes in 2 hours.

@Mindscatter

I counted your vote but I agree with you on some terms but not on others. "The" in the name is never capitalized. Check some of the real cards for proof. "Maker" just fit. Also, lol I don't think the ID thing should count but w/e. Also, 1st edition cannot be in lowercase. The card maker automatically makes it in caps.

"The" thing - yeah, sorry....

"Maker" thing - still scratches my ear

ID - It is very important to me.

lowercase impossibility - I don't care, just do your cards Duel Terminal or 2nd edition (with nothing written). It happened to me to write like that and get a low rating.
