There are a bunch of Virus cards out there, so I figure I'll turn them into an Archetype:

 

Immune Caretaker

DARK

Warrior

400/500

This card cannot be destroyed by battle or by the effect of a "Virus" card. You cannot Tribute this card for the effect of a "Virus" card. Each time a monster(s) is destroyed by the effect of a "Virus" card, draw a card.

 

Vegetation Mutilation Virus

Normal Trap

Tribute a 500 ATK or less DARK monster you control. Until your opponent's 3rd End Phase, check all monsters your opponent controls, your opponent's hand, and all cards they draw, and destroy any Plant-type monsters or Normal Spell Cards amongst them. Also, any Plant-type monsters that are Summoned are immediately destroyed until your opponent's 3rd End Phase.

 

Should I go further? Or should I let this burn? You decide!

It's an idea which I've seen done a hundred times, but I'll judge it on it's own merits instead of the repeated fails before you.

 

I don't like that the trap targets a specific type - it's the reason that Chimeratech Fortress Dragon is bad design, it kills any chance of successful Machine Decks since siding Proto-Cyber and Cyber Dragon make for Raigiki with a bonus.

I like the idea but With that kind of ATK and DEF it won't last for to long.

Try make the ATK and DEF to something like 1500

I see the idea that you're going for, but it's not your best design. These cards are good anti-virus, but CCV is banned and the others never see play. So in effect, these are pointless. I regret doing this, but... 6/10.

Actually, I've realized that I'm not thinking of any more ideas with the viruses... I'm gonna can 'em.
