Milk-Chan: In my opinion, 'monster' is not capitalized, but it's up to you. I do suggest you don't use both types though. In general, I liked the effect, but in your case I thought you could had added more though into it. Pic + holo is great btw. starwebs: No OCG errors, but the first sentence could say "with 2300 ATK or more". Although simple, the effect needs a lot more though into it.
