help! some punk is neg repping me over and over for no reason!!

i cant stand this any more the user Marik2007 (who has -14 rep) has neg repped me 5 times (he is the only 1 to ever neg rep me, btw) i neg repped him back but i dont think he care, the first time he neg repped me was because he lost 1 of my card contests, WHEN HE DIDNT EVEN ENTER 1 OF MY CONTESTS! ive never seen the dude before in my life, and he comes out of nowere and negreps me, so i neg repped him back, then he neg repped me 4 more times, so i neg repped him alot more times, im down to 4 rep because of this punk, when im a nice kind person on here, ask anyone, ive never done anything to deserve a neg rep, infact, ive gotten reps because of how nice i am, its just not fair that i loose more than have of my reps because someone desided thay wanted to neg rep me at randum, and yes i did neg rep them back! whow wouldnt! i dont care what you do to him, ban him are hit with a piece of wood or something, but just take of his neg reps! i dont care take my neg reps off him, he is the oonly person ive ever neg repped (that i remember)

i just dont like people like this on this site, i really enjoy being at this site, but there is always some anoying punk who does stuff to people for no reason, i didnt wont to do anything about it at first, but its gone to far, his taken over have of my HARD earned reps!!
