Felix
No it doesn't' date=' it's totally irrelevant. How the shark would fair against a Hippo has nothing to do with this topic unless of course you tried to kill a Hippo with one. Which animal, Shark or Hippo, is easier for you to kill? That's the topic's question.[/quote'] -facepalm- My skin/hide/scale comment is perfectly relevant. You can stab a shark with a sword in it's die, and it will die. Do that to a hippo, it will live. >_> I didn't make a comment on your opinion of a shark/hippo's skin/hide. I agree with you in that respect. If of course you were stupid enough to try tackling either of them with a sword.

Sharks can descend to depths of 2,000 metres (6,600 ft).[/quote'] In honesty, it depends on the situation and the weapons given. Even with a easy to use scuba tank and diving gear. You will still be out of your territory. Sharks can swim over 25 miles an hour, stop on a dime and turn to go the other way in 1.2556 seconds. Even with a bazooka, your chances of killing are approximately 30%. That, IF it was in the middle of an ocean, chances would be greater near the coast. Although that would narrow down to fewer sharks. No it doesn't' date=' it's totally irrelevant. That I know, but as I've said a couple of posts before that was really redundant. Depends on situation. If you had a shark right in front of you, ignore the whole water and etc stuff, would it be easier than a Hippo to kill? Same can be said for Hippo. This brings us now to their natural habitats. Shark is water, Hippo is land. Any weapon in water would be harder to use then it would be if it were on land.
