Need some help with a card

I have an image for this card picked out and an effect but my effect is a little blah because I can't seem to word it correctly. This is what I have so far:

 

"Once per turn you can declare the name of one card and you and your opponent must check the top card of thier deck. If that card has the same name as what was declared it is destroyed. If it is not then that card is added to your's or your opponent's hand."

 

Please help. This card is in a set of three based on the Sisters of Fate. One card lets you see the top three cards of both your deck and your opponent's. The second lets you declare the name of a card in your opponent's hand and if he has that card then he has to remove it from play along with any copies of it in his deck. This is the third card.
