Everyone would melt when he looked at them with his puppy eyes, yet I would just stare at him until he gave up... It's Megaman in Beast Out Mode. The blueness is because it's Cybeast Gregar. Edit: The problem is that, ever since the site changed, the avi pic is hard to make out if it's not perfectly sized.
