because if I go to a public school in Brazil, I'll know more about the teachers, the teachers will steal, etc. :/

My parents wanted me to, why else?

And private schools can handle their curriculum with more flexibility, we have different class levels AP, Accelerated, Honors, Regulars, Regular Adapted and Remedial

So that way everyone can learn at their own pace without either being impeded in progress or falling behind

Private School - More expensive, for similar results to Public Schools with horrible Uniforms and either stuck up snobs or people no one wants to deal with.

 

Public School - Free, 97% Passing Rate, Minor Dress Code, takes in everyone.

 

Thus Public>Private.

But private schools make you stand out from other people for college apps, especially if you go to a good school, increasing your chances of getting into the college you want

Sorry, not really. If you go to a Private School and take all regular Classes, then someone who went to Public School and got higher grades will stand out more than you. Even moreso if they took AP classes.

DL, you're lucky. Every school I went to had an average class of 20+ people, except for a Private School I left because I already knew almost everything they were teaching me.
