DL
I go to a private school. because if I go to a public school in Brazil, I'll know more about the teachers, the teachers will steal, etc. :/
El Make
Well, I just happen to know my friend Brian went to a private school and came back a snob... so I asume it transforms you. :3 And public school is not a drug dealing, wacked up place. It's where normal people go... :/
Fusion X. Denver
I didn't say I believed the stereotype against public school kidsYour friend Brian was just probably corrupted by his douche friends, or the school itselfNot all private schools do that
El Make
I just want to know why you go to private school? Is it any different from public school? You have classes, lunch, teachers.... :/

Fusion X. Denver
Why private school? My parents wanted me to, why else? And private schools can handle their curriculum with more flexibility, we have different class levels AP, Accelerated, Honors, Regulars, Regular Adapted and RemedialSo that way everyone can learn at their own pace without either being impeded in progress or falling behind

Sploda
I can tell you. Private School - More expensive, for similar results to Public Schools with horrible Uniforms and either stuck up snobs or people no one wants to deal with. Public School - Free, 97% Passing Rate, Minor Dress Code, takes in everyone. Thus Public>Private.
Fusion X. Denver
Aside from 97% passing rate, I think you're rightBut private schools make you stand out from other people for college apps, especially if you go to a good school, increasing your chances of getting into the college you wantThat's what my mom heard from her friends who do that for a living anyway
BlackSkullCortez
International schools pwn, though.

If you go to a Private School and take all regular Classes, then someone who went to Public School and got higher grades will stand out more than you. Even moreso if they took AP classes. basically Private Schools are an excuse to spend a lot of money for no real benefit. And All but the cheapest of Public Schools Average out a 97% passing rate. DL
I said sometimes. I was about to go to a private school with like 12 per class.
BlackSkullCortez
DL, you're lucky. Every school I went to had an average class of 20+ people, except for a Private School I left because I already knew almost everything they were teaching me. El Make
So, you 2 are realizing now that Private school is nothing more than bragging rights for parents? DL
They don't SERVE lunch at my school... We have to BUY it, or bring it from home. but it's only 5 hours or so of classes.
