Blur looks good for the depth, I only blurred once and the other blur is motion blur for effects. A lot of it was blurred already, anyways. The effects look fine so far, tbh. I can't really find anything else nice to add.

Needs a little work. Dont really like the pentool. The effects seem.. Simple?

 

But overall it's nice to look at. And it seems the more I look the more I like. ;)
