can I get a recoloring tut and a fusion tut for photoshop cs2?

First of all, look in Graphic Design -> Tutorials -> Important Threads -> TUTORIAL REQUEST THREAD . And if you mean pokemon, Tkill has made a thread about splices, it should be pretty much the same whatever program you've got, I find MS Paint easiest, due to no downloading, you should have it already. NOTE: If you copy and paste into [insert program here] you will get a black background. Instead, save in a recognizable folder and then Open With -> [insert program here]. Then you get a white background.

nope its nothing like photoshop his is on paint on photoshop it is alot faster but I have no clue what tool to use.

Is there some sort of Eraser; Free Form Select; Tool that makes the white invisible; color Selector; and Filler? If there is all of those, you can do it.

in photoshop the people dont erase the parts they dont need they cut it or somthing but I need a tut lol.
