Harmonized.

 

2-Tuner Synchroes for feild destruction, and they were level 9's.

 

Most tuners are L3, 2 L3's + 1 L4 = 9..

And one synchro swarmed synchro material that couldn't be targeted for battle.

 

AND THEN there were the harmonized towers, which massively OPed the Harmonized monsters and weakened everything else by 2000 or so.
