lol I made a site for seriuos talk but the idea was dropped since there technically was already plans being done for what I was trying to help out with....I could fix it to be for similar reasons but for more person to person conflicts rather than topic conflicts.

This card can't be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned when you have less than 1000 Life Points and you have no monsters on your side of the field. As long as this card is on the field, you and your opponent must discard 1 card from your hand in order to attack. When this card is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard, you can choose one of the following effects:

*Gain 2000 Life Points, *Draw 3 cards, *Special Summon 1 monster, except this card, from your Graveyard in face-up Attack Position.

Which is why I said the +3 was fun.

Unless you meant something else.

Also the summoning condition isn't too situational like you could use wall of revealing light.

Card Lore:

This card can only be summoned by the Ritual Spell card "Release of the Evil Spirit from the Mask". When this card is Ritual Summoned you can Special Summon 4 "Mask Tokens" (Fiend-Type/DARK/Level 2/ATK 500/DEF 1000) in face-up Defense position. While you control a face-up "Mask Token", neither player can Summon Synchro monsters. If this card would be destroyed by a Spell or Trap Card effect, you can destroy 1 "Mask Token" you control or remove from play the top card of your Deck to negate the effect and destroy the card.
