Ah, me saying that Stardust isn't the most broken card in the game. Lets compare Stardust to Savior Star Dragon

1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

You can Tribute this card to negate the activation of a Spell Card, Trap Card, or Effect Monster's effect that destroys a card(s) on the field, and destroy that card. If you negate an effect this way, you can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard during the End Phase.

"Majestic Dragon" + "Stardust Dragon" + 1 non-Tuner monster

You can Tribute this card to negate the activation of an opponent's Spell Card, Trap Card, or Effect Monster's effect and destroy all cards your opponent controls. Once per turn, you can negate the effect(s) of 1 face-up monster your opponent controls until the End Phase. Also, if the negated effect can be activated, you can activate it once as this card's effect. During the End Phase, return this card from the field to the Extra Deck, and Special Summon 1 "Stardust Dragon" from your Graveyard.

 

We can see that Savior Star Dragon has a powered up version of Stardust Dragon. It also allows you to negate a monsters effect and use it. Then at the end of the turn Stardust comes and causes more trouble.

Notice the whole "Majestic Dragon" thing? Guess what?

 

That thing is a b**** to get out on the field and it takes up your deck space.

YOU DARE JOKE ABOUT THE END OF YGO LIEK THATZ!?!?!?!??!

 

Anyhow, Yata is moar usefull and stronger then Savior Star Dragon will ever be. No Exceptions.

 

Also since I don't know alot about FGD, i won't comment on that archtype.

 

Also Savior Star Dragon is balanced. Though.... The problem with it is the same as the Spirit cards.

 

Also Striker, just no.

What else is it good for? A beatstick?

Plus, it can be stopped by pretty much everything. You don't even have to battle it at all.

 

@Majestic Star Dragon Topic: It'd be a miracle if you got Stardust, Majestic Dragon, and a 1 Level non-Tuner on the field. Hence "Savior".

 

But only an idiot would try to summon a Majestic anyway. Stardust and Red Dragon are better off themselves. I'd rather run their /Buster Modes.

 

@VK: FGD = Five Headed Dragon/Five God Dragon. It's not a Archetype. It's the other 5000 ATK monster in the game.
